Every single time we order here they mess something up, AND it takes FOREVER!!! Every time we order wings the chicken meat is ice cold! So weve complained repeatedly. And every time we get a dumb look and a "What?" and their solution? A TON of sauce that slopped EVERYWHERE!!!!!! The next time we were told to order them "extra crispy". So tonight we ordered a sausage hot n ready, an order of breadsticks, and hot wings extra crispy. After waiting 20+ minutes, we get home, and theres NO SAUCE on the wings, although they WERE extra crispy, the breadsticks order looked like it was all the little pieces from several orders, and to make matters even worse, not only was there barely any sausage on the pizza, it tasted like garbage as well!!!! I literally had to pour ranch all over it to make it taste even marginally good. This place just lost a once a week customer!!! Guess its Chinese takeout from now on!!!!!!

We have purchased pizzas, bread sticks, chicken wings and etc. at the Little Caesars location on west 10th Street in Greeley Colorado for some years now, and have always had a great experience. For example, on 5-2-17 we tried a "custom made pizza" for the first time (usually we get their pizzas that are called "hot and ready"), but this custom pizza was delightful. The toppings on it was very generous, and it tasted great. We also got what I call our "normal" order which was a "hot and Ready" peperoni pizza and a box of mild chicken wings - these also tasted great as usual and were also hot. We were helped by two different employees and both were very friendly and accommodating. In short, weve never been disappointed when going to, and ordering food from this Little Caesars 10th Street Greeley Colorado location!

Everytime and I mean Everytime I come in here to get some quick pizza I end up waiting for 10-15 minutes on something that is advertised ad nauseum as "hot and ready". Im not asking for off menu items either just a pepperoni, deep dish, or a lunch combo and they cant seem to keep up with it. The worst part of it is theres no reason for it. The one time i tried to call in and ask to have them cooked and ready for me to pick up i was told that since it wasnt a huge order and it was during their 4-8 promotional hot new ready times they couldnt take an order for them.

I called in advance to order a pizza for Superbowl, they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes so I told them Id be there in 30 to be sure because I wanted to catch the National Anthem; Well it didnt happen, pizza was not ready and I had to wait extra 20 minutes because they never submitted the order, basically I had to reorder there at the counter, I missed the National Anthem of Superbowl. When I told the girl behind the counter why she said it would be ready and why it wasnt she just looked away. I will not go there again,

This place is so gross the guy handling the pizza was playing with the trash and started grabbing pizza with no gloves on then wen we altered the manger the guy starting starring and bad mouthing us with co-workers worse lil ceasars in town I would rather go to the ghetto then come here again and on top of it all we asked to speak to a general manager or how to contact them and they refused to give us that info

So it was about 8:15 Saturday I went in and ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and 2 bottles of drinks I got home and found out we got 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese pizza!! I use to go here every weekend I use to get hot pizza and my order was always right! Oh ya when we pulled up there were 2 employees drinking soda at the front counter, after I placed my order a employee sneezed and did not wash his hands

Temporarily Closed. What kind of moron management doesnt update Google and any other widely used sites if their business is temporarily closed. I checked Google before I went as Im not from Greeley, drove all the way there just to find a gutted store with a sign saying closed for remodel. Bad ownership and management!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Horrible customer service from the owner at his other store. He let us know that he will run his store how he wants to regardless of him behaving unprofessionally and extremely rude! Save yourself the frustration and TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!!
