We arrived on a Friday night and the place was jumping. We didnt have reservations but they quickly seated us at the bar. These are the best seats in the house! You watch the Sous-chefs prepare all the orders and it is fascinating to watch. They would often talk to us during down time and answer questions about the ingredients or preparation. The owner came over to chat with us a couple of times and the servers were also efficient and friendly. The food is spectacular! One of our party ordered the special which was polenta and meatballs. This was especially great. The vine-ripened tomato tower with fresh mozzarella was an explosion of fresh taste. We also ordered the fergola asparagus medley and the red and orange diced beets which were both fresh and a combination of flavors that were so great together. We will go back again and again for the friendly service, relaxed atmosphere, and the excellent food!

Make a reservation, theyre busy and for a good reason! They accommodated me despite being alone and not having made a prior reservation. I ordered the Halibut Grand meal and it was amazing! It was served with Farro that was full of flavor and Savanna, my server was just as pleasant and delightful as the owner Janeane. Their Italian hummus paired incredibly with the Malbec blend u chose. Vegan, Vegetarian and Peskararian friendly and a wonderful list of healthy but delicious options to choose from. The only complaint I have, is theyre not located in my town!

Went in on Friday evening and only had a short wait to be seated. Got a few items including the Tuscan spring rolls, grilled Caesar salad (yes they thrown your lettuce on the grill for a moment to give it more flavor), and the Chicken carbonara shown below. Both appetizers were tasty, but you have to like the flavor of the grill to enjoy the Caesar. The carbonara is made with homemade noodles and with the chicken added (which has a zesty flavor) the dish is the perfect portion and taste. Next visit I will definitely go back!

WOW! I had been there once before for appetizers and it was good. We went for dinner last night for a celebration and the four of us were 100% impressed. The best and most informational menu I have ever seen. A wine list bigger then any place in Castle Rock. Fresh and mostly organic local food suppliers. We had four appetizers and four entrees and one desert. All the food was great! I recommend the Roasted Pear dish and the service was impeccable! This is not the place to go pig out but just enjoy the great food!

I dont know or care about the tangential issues of this place, the food is my only concern. I love the food. You can taste the love. The homemade pasta is divine. The specials always please. The cheese plate appetizer plus carbonara for dinner is my go to. I would challenge anyone to find a better carbonara anywhere, and I have traveled through France and Italy and the best Italian of the east coast. I love to sit up to the bar and watch the bartender and chef do their thing.

My husband and I came here for the first time on Friday night. We can see why they are so busy. Great service. Even better food. I do agree that the food is a bit on the salty side, but from responses from the owner, it looks like they are going to try and fix this. The owner herself was involved in our experience. All of the staff made us feel like we were the only people there, even though every table was full. Their prices were also reasonable. We will be back.

TOP NOTCH!!!!! Wow did we find a little GEM!!! We accidentally found this place after being completely ignored at Roses Bella Cucina & boy are we glad we did!!! This place is quaint & absolutely delicious!! I cant recommend this place enough! The manager was so delightful & the chef takes so much pride in his food!! We will be long time customers!! Thank you for such a perfect little place to enjoy scrumptious food & a great atmosphere :)

The food was ridiculously expensive for what you get. The bolognaise is a small coffee cup full and it is spaghetti with ground beef. $15 on happy hour which would be fine IF it was good. Unfortunately our waiter was such a jerk it overshadowed anything redeeming about this place. We arrived fairly early. Wait staff was fighting, publicly over who was going to sprinkle ice melt in the walkway. . It went on and on... Awkward.

Loved it! Hospitality was amazing! Environment was really homey. I tried the Shrimp and Grits, and it was the best. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to show their loved one a special time. Make sure to make reservations though. Oh yeah, how could I forget about their signature cheesecake, plate licking good, but I didnt because I didnt want to embarrass my wife.

My date and I thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to VistaVino last evening. The food was excellent and authentically Italian. I had the Bolgnese and he had the stuffed chicken over a bed of risotto. The wine selection was also to our liking. Our waitress was attentive but allowed us time to talk and enjoy our meal. The atmosphere is modern and cozy. Well be back!

OUTSTANDING - This is a real review by a real person - I came down from Breckenridge, and my friend lives close by. GO TO THIS PLACE - the service is outstanding! And the food is fantastic - and at a really really reasonable price. You will love it! Thanks to the staff - we had such a nice time. WE WILL BE BACK!!!!

The food was amazing and the desert was ridiculously delicious; and I cant say enough about the yummy Lemoncello cocktail. Our waitress was attentive but didnt hover. The atmosphere is cozy and I can highly recommend it. Tried the chicken and risotto, yummy! Definitely will be back!

I love almost everything on the menu. The desserts are great! The small plates could be your dinner by themselves. The dinner was amazing. I could go on and on about how good this restaurant is.The only thing I didnt like about it was the lemonade. I would give it 5 stars.

The food was great; the service was excellent. Roisin and Christine went above and beyond expectations! They were extremely helpful with a wine-spill mishap (which was not their fault, but ours). This is my second time (the first was part of a wedding). Well be returning!

An excellent dining experience. The people were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was classic yet casual. The mussels in red curry are the best, and the "grilled" Ceasar salad was most tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The "purses" are must have. Good mix of small plates and normal entrees. Everything is above avg to excellent. Staff is attentive but not pushy. Has the feel of a busy european bistro.
