If I could give "0" stars I would. the food itself is not horrid, just not really special; it is the attitude that is so bad. My boyfriend and I would eat there occasionally but noticed that the food had begun to go downhill over time. The final straw came when we went to go there for dinner one Sunday night. I am a vegetarian and inquired about the hot and sour soup and if it too was vegetarian. The waitress said she would check and came back a moment later and said that it is. she is a liar and did not check. We each ordered our dinners which also included vegetable rolls. We were 1 of 3 couples in the entire place with 2 servers. 45 minutes later the waitress brought us our water and soup. On my 3rd spoon of soup I ended up with a pork chunk in my mouth which I spat out. we had to walk around to track down waitress who was sitting around talking to other restaurant. At this point the 3rd couple left because they still had yet to receive their drinks and vocalize this to the other waitress. I told her that my supposedly vegetarian soup has pork. She peeled herself from the barstool and came back to table. She was apologetic at this point and said she would take the soup away and bring us the remainder of the food which I again confirmed that my portion is vegetarian. 15 more minutes go by and the egg rolls arrive. I went to break one open and it too has pork. I had already been to bathroom to force myself to through up the soup and my boyfriend managed to find the owner and tried to ask if I could get some Miso soup and freaking vegetable egg rolls. The manager was rude and said that the waitress was new and did not know the dishes to which my boyfriend pointed out that she had supposedly checked on the soup. NO EXPLANATION for that part but he reluctantly agreed not to charge me for the food that I did not order and would not eat but said since it was now 1/2 hour before closing he would not bring freaking vegetable egg rolls or Miso soup. Our food arrived and they substituted chicken for tofu in my dish. A mistake is a mistake but you apologize, rectify and move on and try to make sure it does not happen again. To do it 3 times is flat out stupidity and incompetance. End result: we spent 1.5 hours in nearly empty place to not get food that was ordered and not be offered replacement; we left hungry and it was now too late to go anywhere else; and I puked for next 3 days. Crappy service and mediocre food if food is even recieved. ***DO NOT EAT HERE****

Hey guys. Im writing this review while still at the restaurant. Now, you may be asking yourselves, "Why dont you wait until your dining experience is complete in order to write the most accurate and comprehensive review?" Oh blissfully ignorant reader, allow me to explain. My reservations were for 6:15. We arrived on time. We were seated, and requested a few moments to look at the drink menu, but ordered a round of waters. The 10 minutes between then and when she came back were a foreshadowing of the future injustice to come. Like I said: We were seated at 6:15. It is now 7:20. Yes, over an hour later. We have not received our food. During this time, my party first indulged ourselves with plenty of conversation, but hangry stomachs eventually commandeered the witticisms we had been using to pass the time. Our waitress has only appeared once. Morale is scarce. I have passed the time by counting the amount of total tables I can see from my current perspective. 25. There are 25 tables. 5 of them are occupied. This restaurant is operating at 1/5 of its potential capacity, and is yet brutally incompetent at delivering food to its few patrons. Not to mention the condescending attitude of the wait staff. Update: It is 7:37. Our food has arrived. I got the Satay Chicken. It was alright. Nothing worth complaining about, nothing worth writing home about. Now, with renewed energy fueled by my being finally able to consume food, allow me to reiterate. We were seated at 6:15. If youre in Parker, dont be fooled by the fancy cursive sign overlooking the attractive and clean looking building. Dont bother with the minimal but not unpleasant decor. Take your business elsewhere, unless you have plenty of games on your phone or Tinder matches to message, because you will be quite bored and quite angry before your experience is complete. Final update: It took 20 minutes between requesting the check and her processing it. Its 8:15 now. Im free from this two hour limbo of middling Chinese food and abysmal service. I urge you to avoid suffering yourself the same fate.

*** WARNING *** I am so upset right now. This is the first review Ive ever done because I just dont have time but I feel this needs to be done. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Not kidding. Finally sat at table 45 mins later with barley anyone there. Every table around us was not cleared, the entire time we were there. Our waitress was all crazy and urgent like they were the busiest place in town. Again, only empty tables with crap all over them around us. They had a door or something open so it was freezing. I asked nicely to be moved to a table I could see was empty in another part of the restaurant but was not accommodated. By the time we were finally checked on I asked to speak with a manager. He never showed up. Seriously there was an entire dish holder thing full of dirty silverware right next to us while we were eating and no one in the restaurant to justify not cleaning it up. By the time the food showed up I was so pissed I got up and walked over to speak with the manager. I calmly told him why I was upset and he talked about being busy and being understaffed. Some crazy blond lady customer got involved in the conversation it just was awful. REALLY! I hope you read this crazy blond lady. I was having a real conversation as a customer with a manager and you insulted me for nothing. MIND YOUR BUSINESS and I hope you were at least drunk or something to be acting like that. I ended up walking out...offended, hungry and just upset. I order their delivery all the time but have never been to the restaurant. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. There food is run of the line Chinese anyway. Dont dare order any of their "sushi". WORST RESTAURANT IN PARKER COLORADO! WORST SERVICE IN PARKER COLORADO! ~ Pissed

Boyfriend and I recently got food delivered from here and it was great as always. The other reviews on here crack me up, when we called in our order they told us it might take as long as an hour because they were just so busy. Also this place is apparently the longest running chinese restaurant in Parker, every other one has folded, and it has no lack of customers so the people on here trying to make it out like dog food are either competitors or just morons. The food here is delicious and freshly made and in a very convenient location, I go here probably every 2 months or so and I love it.

Ive been coming here for roughly 4 years, the restaurant is big and open, service is always great, and the food of course is excellent. Big portions though - my mother and I usually split the orange chicken dinner and still have some left over! When I go with family, we usually eat here and then go to the movie theater just a few hundred feet away. I recently had a first date here and they sat us in a room where there were no other customers, and while I dont know if that was intentional on their part or not, it was very nice to have the privacy!
