I am surprised there is only one location in Castle Rock that covers a huge delivery area (pratically the whole town). When I order, the average time for me is about 45min to 1 hour but I understand since I live all they way near The Outlets. There is even a Dominos pizza that is about a mile or two closer to me then Pizza Hut and they dont even deliver to my area because its "too far". Im glad they actually deliver to my area. They could train their drivers to read an order better though. Everytime I have ordered a 2 liter of diet pepsi, half of the time they bring me a regular pepsi. Of course after that drive, I am not gonna have them run back and get me the right one, but its almost a waste of money because I have to give my soda to a neighbor or friend since Pepsi has too much sugar for me to drink. Edit: They stopped delivering in my area because of the long drive for the drivers/complaints. They lost a huge customer.

Horrible customer service. I love pizza Hut wings. Ordered some boneless buffalo hot wings earlier today. Then found out they wouldnt deliver to me because they were doing construction near my apartment complex (which finished over a month ago) so I decided to do carry out. Got there and waited almost 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge my existence. I was the only one in the store and two employees looked right at me, looked put out, then carried on with what they were doing. Finally got my food and paid (twice. Because they entered the wrong amount the first time they swiped my card) then I got home. Opened my wing box to find out that they gave me honey BBQ wings. I know I spoke my order correctly because the woman on the phone repeated my order back correctly. Not too happy at all with my experience.

If there was an option for zero stars I wouldve chosen that!!!! I ordered some wings & the timer said 15 minutes. It was supposed to be done by 7:10 pm. I arrive at 7:20 pm to give them some extra time. I walk into the store, its DEAD & they DONT have my wings ready. They expect me to wait another 20 minutes for my food?! This is ridiculous, I will NEVER patronize Pizza Hut again. Too many negative experiences at that same location in CASTLE ROCK CO. Dont come to this pizza hut, unless you like rude workers, uncooked food, & messed up orders. Eat here at your own risk, youve been warned!

Went in for lunch to pick up an order i made online. The gentleman at the front was very nice. the girl who was on ovens however, with Pink hair was ridiculous! First, her hair was not properly pinned back, and EVERY time she leaned forward to cut the pizza, her hair was swinging over the food. Second, I watched her WIPE her nose with her hand, and then go directly back to handling the food, without washing her hands. GROSS!!! Oh, and then when i got back to work and opened my pizza, half the pieces had virtually no cheese on them. $16 dollars wasted.

My kids were very excited to use their book it rewards when we got there we had to wait 5 minutes to be seated and then we had to wait for menus my three young children were getting restless so I took them for a walk. My husband and his friend sat there so that they could order and after being gone for 15 to 20 minutes I return with the children to learn that there wasnt even an order placed yet. The tables next to us to arrived after we did and had their orders taken. My children were very disappointed.

this location does NOT participate in 5 dollar pzones which if a ripoff. paid 23 dollars for 2 pzones (2 toppings each) and an order of sticks for PICKUP! shoulda been 5 dollars for each pzone and 4 bucks for the fam. order of sticks @ 16 bucks w/ tax tops. so order from this pizza hut and get taxed 45% more than you are supposed to pay. wont be coming back. they do have tvs in their lobby tho thats a plus, big ones. I guess someones gotta pay their cable bill so they can watch tv all day.

At a time when other pizza chains are skimping on toppings, this Pizza Hut does not skimp at all. They consistantly make their pizzas LOADED with toppings. I also recommend the online ordering - they have never messed up an order that I submit on their site and it is super fast. If you are tired of pizzas that have 6 or 7 paper-thin pepperonies on their whole pizza then you have to try this Pizza Hut, you too will be very happy.

The pizza crust tastes like cardboard and they give you almost no toppings. I asked for pepperoni, and counted 7 whole pepperonis on an entire pizza. Wow, thats ridiculous. The pizza was also cold on arrival to our house. This Pizza Hut is like eating little Cesars but it costs twice as much. Dominos went downhill, Pizza Hut in castle rock Is unappetizing, I guess all hope left is for papa johns.

I love the lunch buffet there! Took my toddler there for lunch and she was so happy at all the choices of pizza that she actually ate her food! (Parents of toddlers know how rare this is!) Plus, plenty of options for me and I was so happy they had salad. Plus I learned they serve beer! Staff was pleasant and attentive, too! Ill definitely be back!

Well I used to order from here mainly because of the coupons. Ive lived here for 4 yrs and have always gotten delivery. Well with no explanation they stopped delivering to a very large apt complex. Seems like a dumb move on their part. Dominos who is close to Pizza Hut has no problem delivering here. Bye bye Pizza Hut!

The only consistent thing about this PH is that my orders wrong. The menu is constantly changing on whats available, flavors change at random intervals often with names that mislead. The website is a complete failure. Employees dont seem to care, and its hit or miss on if my pizza is cooked all the way through.

This is the only pizza place in Castle Rock that will not deliver to Crystal Valley Ranch, they will drive all the way to founders but not Crystal Valley. The manager said he gets orders all the time in Crystal Valley but the branch owner does nothing about it.

Very poor service. We had to wait so long to get just one slice of pizza because there was any selection during buffet time. People were living very upset since there was hardly anything to choose from.

To be fair. The place is old and the salad bar leaves much to be desired, but from your traditional pizza, its not a bad location. If they get your order wrong, they are quick to reconcile as well.
