9/11/16, 2:30pm. Only 3 customers inside, so tell us why this place looks so bad inside. A train wreck, and no one picking up or cleaning. Food, I counted the tiny little squares of chicken, the young girl judiciously dribbled off the spoon, into my taco. 6 squares, at 1/4" each. Cold, no meat. Wifes no better. We both ordered the tacos, and they must be instructed to go very very lean, on any meat. The worst tacos ever..... No wonder no one was there on a Sunday. We pay for a meal, not an empty shell in a run down unclean restaurant. Wont be back, spend your money elsewhere. (Am going to have to start taking pictures and posting. The taco alone would have said it all. 1 pic is worth a thousand words.) Chipoltes usually hits the spot, is clean, and you get your monies worth, though they have raised their prices. Will stay with the usuals around town.

This is a good store with good food. I cant give them a "great" due to a few issues. Namely, they tend to be incredibly slow at mealtimes. If youre in a hurry, youd best keep on walking. Secondly, the staff is hit or miss. Most of them are great, helpful people, but theyll also pepper in a few people who seem slovenly, annoyed to be there, and not too keen on helping. On a couple of occasions, theyve scraped the bottom of the chafing dish to serve me tidbits of chicken or the last of the cheese. It shows a lack of attention to detail. Again, this isnt such a big issue that they get a lower review - it just keeps them from being a 5-star shop. By an large, Ill continue eating here. Most of the employees are hard-working and I think the slowness has to do with the service model (1 by 1 through a prep line), not anyones lack of effort.

This place is filthy and the employees are flat out RUDE! The slob of a manager with his Cali flat bill gangsta hat is way more interested in carrying on a casual conversation with another lazy co-worker than he is in helping customers. Oh and he made sure to announce to the entire resturant that he is "working 5 doubles next week" Dont bother asking the Blonde haired tortilla groping stoner behind the counter what size the "Knockout Tacos" are because all youre gonna get is "Uh, theyre the size of a taco bro!" Acting as if he was insulted by the question. The checkout girl made sure to roll her eyes at you if you so much as dare ask a question or request something. I have always been a fan of Qdoba and still am however, the appalling bunch of slobs at this location wont ever have to serve me in the future.

I received a B1G1 coupon for my birthday. The cashier didnt know how to enter it in the register, and called the manager over. He proceeded to lecture me because I had the coupon on my phone and didnt print it out. He was extremely rude and dismissive. I apologized for not reading the coupon and he just stared at me with contempt. If this man hates his job so much, he should move on. His clothes were filthy, as was the rest of the restaurant. If the seating area is this dirty, what does the food prep area look like? I sat next to the soda machine, and it was filthy and very dusty. Free food wouldnt get me to return to this place. Get new management and a cleaning service to come in and do a deep clean.

Qdoba is always good. Flavorful fresh food, etc. But this brownie I just bought from your location tastes like hay. I understand that your franchise isnt known for brownies specifically, but if you are going to sell it then it needs to be edible. The texture of the brownie is like jelly, like its not cooked through or something, and its a greasy mess. Pull these off of the counter and throw them away. I generally dont give bad reviews off of one small item, but this brownie is the worst.

Today I attempted to take qdobes LIMITED, PREJUDICED, BIASED, survey they rejected me apparently because I am over 60 years old. They stated they were looking for "individuals with specific qualifications". Obviously they do not want the business of the elderly. Well they will no get this elderlyy business any one. They must think we dont eat anymore or are incapable of having thoughts, ideas, or opinions that could be of benefit to their limited thinking.

Went to this qdoba today with my friends and me and one of my friends ordered a burrito and went to sit outside and eat. When we went outside a worker came out and locked us out. We went around to the front entrance and when we came in we were glared at by almost every worker like we did something wrong. We did not do anything wrong to them. After all we payed $10 for a burrito.

Long line , rude employees, they were traing a employee while serving us, rice was crunchy, and my friend found unknown stuff in her food, 10$ for something I can go home and make, plus REALLY SALTY CHIPS, and they charge 3$ extra for gacamole for chips. if I could rate 0 stars I would. disappointed. I guess next stop is chipotle.

Im a regular here and will continue to be. This evening I managed to drop my meal on the floor right in front of the register. Despite feeling sheepish they remade my order super fast, cleaned up my mess and didnt change me for another meal. Not to mention not being upset over my clumsiness. Thanks again!

Id have to say its the lack of customer service. I come here often but this time it was terrible. I got the smallest amount of everything I chose, and ended up paying almost ten bucks for the tiniest burrito I have ever had from a Qdoba. Check the photo for a size reference Im really not kidding .

Horrible staff, this particular Qdoba is run by a bunch of rude young employees. We asked for a customized order and the girl just said cant do and turned away. And they make you feel uncomfortable if you use coupons Qdoba keeps bombarding you with in mail.

I like Qdoba.. The staff is a bunch of rude young adults! They Have zero social skills and shouldnt be working in a restaurant! I will not go back! On the positive side, the supervisor is young and she is very polite! They should be more like her!

Going massively downhill. We used to come here all the time, but the last few times our order has been wrong, the chips have been stale, the nachos have no queso hardly. Well take our business to Chipotle from now on. Really disappointed.

My friend, her siblings and i all got sick from there recently. I never got sick there before until now. I never see anyone cleaning and they dont listen to what you ordered. The food tasted funny as well. Im never coming back here.
