The manager there is extremely rude. She messed my order up and her employees from her side never hired there theyre all there because of the manager and the people she goes will with. The other employees that were there before were nicer than the employees now. The other employees that were there either moved to a different store or quit because of the new manager from a different store. Someone do something about it. Owners, District Managers, Supervisors, or something? Get the other people who were there before them back and get ride of the new employees. Please.

Got to the window and they greeted me and said order whenever. I put my order in and had no response, I proceeded to ask if anyone was there and their response was "yeah" never repeated my order back to me so I had to ask them if they got my order. I get to the window and theyre too busy talking, I finally get my food and my drink and I had to ask for a straw because they didnt give me one and they were annoyed that I had to ask for something. Finally get home and my burrito is cold. Horrible service. Should really look into hiring new employees.

This place was horribly crappy. I ordered two double chicken chalupas and a hard taco, I got two steak chalupas with the cheese, lettuce and tomatos gone bad and the shell not cooked, I got a soft taco and when I went to them to get it fixed they took 10+ minutes to redo and there drinks tasted watered down. The place wasnt clean at all I had to clean off a high chair for my son that had good stains and food all over it. Staff wasnt friendly at all. Bad crappy place I wouldnt go there again if my life depended on it.

I stopped at this taco bell not expecting anything special. It was just a quick stop during my day. I was pleasantly surprised when an employee by the name of Alex took my order and served me. He had a smile on his face and was very friendly. As a restaurant owner, I was very impressed with the level of service provided to me by Alex. The restaurant itself was also very clean - including the bathroom! This may very well become a regular spot for me to stop and grab a quick meal.

Everyone here is horribly rude and obnoxious. One employee insists on talking on her phone and texting completely out in the open. Very unprofessional. The orders are never correct and when you ask it to be fixed they are very rude. No one took our order while we were waiting. The same employee was on her phone while we were waiting. Absolutely F****** terrible. Never coming here again.

The staff here are not only rude, they go out of their way to make a pest of themselves while eating. This fake blonde Rachel Cleveland was the most annoying nuisance I had ever met talking real loud on her phone supposedly working. I saw her take a shot from a customer at drive thru and drink it! Worst Taco Bell ever. I will never eat here again.

Absolutely horrible. management is extremely rude. They have no idea what they are doing, how to treat customers, and extremely slow. When I asked her if she had an attitude, her response was, "yeah, maybe", from the manager! Are you kidding me. Because of this, no more Taco Bell.

Visited about two weeks ago. We came in late and I am in the service industry so I know how much it sucks when customers come in 10 to close but we were traveling and everything around was closed. So thanks for your patience and service

Its ridiculous when you order side nachos or the taquitos with sour cream and they fill the container 1/4 of the way like one or two more squirts is going to kill the bank account. The quality has gone to crap at both locations
