The service is horrible. I waited 26 minutes for my food, when I asked a manager to change my order to go, he threw the bag. I said Im sorry but I do not think attitude is appropriate after I have waited 26 minutes for my food. Michael, a supervisor stated, "Whats funny is you think I care enough to give you attitude." Other employees were yelling at Michael to stop and he continued! If you would like to give your money to a company who treats customers with such disrespect, go ahead, but I for one will never be returning while Micheal is employed at the store.

I have never had bad food or a bad experience at Firehouse Subs. The place has always been neat and clean. We never eat there, it is always carry out and we have never had a soggy sandwich. I have not ordered anything I didnt like. My favorite is the turkey sandwich on the under 500 calorie menu. I have only been in the store at Cornerstar shopping center, maybe, your experience depends on which one you go to.

On a busy friday evening, ordered a few to go, the 3 younger employees were so nice, polite, professional and helpful! Keep it up!!! I started in food service when I was 15, now Im in a very successful healthcare career, but look back and loved every minute of those days!

Food was OK brownies frozen like rocks mops, brooms and dirty rags to name a,few things were out in the open there was trash left on the floor fron sweeping . Bathrooms were dirty no soap in the womens. Very unclean. Heath Department would have has a hayday.

For some reason whenever I order online the order is always wrong...I always customize my sandwich just a little bit but they do not get that part on my sandwich for some reason. It gets frustrating...every single time I order online it is always wrong. :(

I did not enjoy my visit at firehouse. The sandwich took forever and was cold. The employes were very understaffed and seemed to be frustrated. The dining area was a mess. seems as if the management may need some direction.

I love firehouse subs. Out of all the sandwich places in Parker Id choose to go here first. The Parker location in particular has a great set up. I like their large outside eating area.
