I DO NOT recommend going here. Im going to start off by saying the food is delicious, which is why I ended up still giving it 2 stars, but dont get me started on talking about the quality. I used to be a frequent customer because they didnt give me enough reason not to keep coming, but I cant in good conscience and CONCERN FOR MY HEALTH keep going there. Their food is seductively tasty, which seems like a counterintuitive thing to write in a BAD REVIEW, but let me explain. They must think their food is so good that the quality doesnt matter. Let me list all the terrible service Ive gotten: ~moldy mushrooms ~rotten broccoli ~spoiled tofu and....wait for it.... ~PLASTIC IN MY FOOD! (Im talking almost the size of my pinky, industrial thick plastic. Like the kind that might break off an economy size bucket.) And guess what, Im ashamed to say that even after all this I still decided to go one more time to give them the benefit of the doubt. I came home with my food and with great anticipation, gingerly began eating. "No plastic this time," I thought. "So far so good..." "Oh look, they gave me extra tofu," I thought to myself as I surveyed the food. "Maybe this is an apology for putting plastic in my food last time..." To my dismay, when I bit into the first piece of tofu, it was rancid. An absolutely terrible taste! And listen, Im vegetarian so I know what tofu is supposed to taste like. Its like depending on whether or not they have old expired tofu to get rid of, they MIGHT give you food thats up to health standards. Its absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say, Im never going there again. I FEEL COMPLETELY DISRESPECTED AS A CUSTOMER. I mean, the phone and cashier service is fine depending on the day, but I DONT TRUST THE CHEFS AT ALL. Nevermind the management. They fired their entire staff a couple months ago and I really liked those people. They seemed like good employees. Rumor has it, they were fired because they were asking for better treatment since they never actually got to keep tips and were not paid for overtime. JUST DONT GO THERE GUYS. Whatever you do.

The Chinese food there is almost like NY Chinese food. To tell you the truth, in poinciana Lin Gardens the only Chinese restaurant I go to because the other places taste like they microwave there food. Like the one that was closed down next to Publix (that place truly sucked, straight up reheating frozen dinners). Plus the egg rolls at Lin Garden are real Egg rolls. The other places buy frozen egg rolls like the ones you get at the supermarket (Nasty). Lin Gardens General Tsos (Good), Sweet and sour Chicken (Good), Hot & Sour Soup (Good), Hot Wings/Garlic Wings (Good), Fried Rice (Good), I can keep going. As far as the service they have never given me a problem. Plus a lot of people order from there, so they are swamped. Those who complain are just impatient.

The food is good but the service sucks... They have one person on the phone and the never really pick up you always have to call about a million times for them to pick up. Now normally I just go in an order at any restaurant that I go to but I just had a baby and I would just like to be in and out. Now what really bothers me is when I go up there I see the dumbass lady pick up to callers and immediately put them on hold without even letting the customer know that they will be on hold and assure them that you will be with them in a moment. She has done it to me and all she does is sit there. Now the people at the front desk are unprofessional always joking around and not even greeting the customers and they are all over the place.

DO NOT LEAVE TIPS AT THE COUNTER!.. AT THE END OF THE DAY, THE OWNER KEEPS THEM, IT IS NOT FOR THE HARD WORKING PEOPLE THERE. LOOKS TO ME LIKE THESE WORKERS ARE ABUSED AND THAT MOST BE THE REASON THEY HAVE NEW PEOPLE EVERY WEEK. NO ONE CAN STAND THE ABUSE. I GUESS THEY ARE USING THE PRACTICE IN CHINA WHERE THEY DONT SEAM TO HAVE RESPECT FOR WORKERS. I USED TO DO IT WAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION BY ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND THESE DISGUSTING. THEY SHOULD LEARN THAT IN THIS COUNTRY, WORKERS ARE RESPECTED AND TREATED WITH DIGNITY, THEY DONT SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THAT IS. SHAME ON THEM. THERE SHOULD ME SOME TYPE OF LAW TO PROTECT THESE PEOPLE BUT FLORIDA SUCKS TO WHEN IT COMES TO LAWS, THEY ONLY WORK FOR THE GOVERNMENT.

used to eat here all the time with the family til last sunday April 30th 2017 I called to order got my order all down was told the price which was like 40 plus dollars which was about 15 dollars way to much for what I normally order. I asked if the prices had changed and got told off by some Spanish lady working the phones so I said no cancel the order and hung up the phone. With in 10 secs got a call from the store and was so disrespected over the phone. I will never eat there again if some Spanish lady is working the phones do not place an order she will try to rip you off, she doesnt even go by the prices on their menu.

La cajera es una puerca y la comida cruda. De verdad q pedí mi dinero y me fui. La cajera no tiene ningún tipo de educación, está diciendo a toda boca que el dueño no la dejaba ni ir a cagar q la próxima vez se iva a mear encima alfrende de los cliente. WOW

Everyone one complains about the customer service or lack there of, HOWEVER, I have never experienced any problems with any of the workers, they are just constantly super busy. The food has never been a disappointment, so if you are looking for a place with consistently good Chinese food then this is the place to go. Food is always hot and tastes fresh not re heated. I have tried all the Chinese restaurants here and this is the one that I go to over any of the others.

Their customer service sucks. I called to place an order asked for the day special and was rushed off the phone by a rude women who may be very unhappy with herself, telling me she cant read me the menu. which i didnt ask her to do.( so yal need someone with Better comprehending skills) then proceeded to tell me go online check the menu and call back when i know what i want because she was busy...( mind you i knew what i wanted)

Customer service was horrible, I called to order only to be put on hold for 10min and then arrived to pick up my food to be told that they called the number I gave to them and "a man" picked up and said they did not order anything. I did not receive the call they said they made and I did not receive my food.Never had any problems coming here before this will be my last time ordering from this place. Great food terrible service.

Food is pretty good but your staff, mainly the older woman who takes orders, is extremely rude. And Im reading so many reviews with the same complaint its amazing to me that you still allow her to work there after receiving all these complaints about her. Its obvious to me customers are not important to your company. Will no longer be ordering from you!! Good service always beats good food!!!
