PÉSIMO servicio y PÉSIMA COMIDA, el día de ayer viernes fuimos a cenar y después de 10 minutos de esperar nos atendieron, después de eso nos llevaron las limonada que fue la única vez que nos llevaron bebida, ordenamos un plato que supuesta mente era para 2 personas cosa que no y lo que más me sorprendiendo es que nuestra mesera VERÓNICA agarra DINERO que cobra y todavía se va a la cocina AGARRA LAS TORTILLAS DE HARINA CON LAS MANOS SIN LAVAR, EMPEZÓ A COMER Y SE LAMIA LOS DEDOS Y AUN ASÍ SEGUÍA AGARRANDO LAS TORTILLAS Y COMIENDO QUE ASCO!! Aun después de lo que hizo toma las tortillas y las llevo a la mesa de los clientes! que falta de HIGIENE primera y última vez que voy a ese lugar.

BEWARE OF THIS RESTAURANT! ! First of all the service is lousy! We got a seat immediately, now mind you it was 1 pm during the week and only 4-5 tables in the entire restaurant were occupied. We waited about 10-12 minutes before waitress who seated us came back and took drink orders. We got 2 sodas and 2 waters for two of the 4 people. We then waited another 12+ minutes for 2 beers. She then left and didnt return for 20 minutes before taking our lunch order. Meanwhile we finished the chips and salsa before even ordering our food. We got our food finally about 45 minutes from the time we arrived. Our waitress never returned to check on our food or offer us refills on soda, water OR beers! The food was terrible to say the least. Once we were finished we all sat with dirty dishes in front of us before we finally had to ask for check. Our lunch ended up being 1.5 hrs and there were only 4-5 tables occupied. ****THIS IS THE PART TO BEWARE OF: We are very good tippers, usually 20-25% if we get good service of course. We only tipped 12% of our bill for obvious reasons. My husband just looked at his credit card statement to only see that this waitress changed her tip to a whopping 27%!!! This is fraud and against the law! We will have law enforcement look into this restaurant for fraud!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely the worse food and service that I have ever experenced. The steak fajitas reminded me of some horrible Chinese food. The tortillas were cold and hard. The enchilladas were salty served with tomatoes and lettuce that were not fresh. We went with a large party of 15 on Monday in which we had 3 separate checks. On Monday nights, kids are suppose to have their meal for 1 cent and the time we went was suppose to be happy hour. A couple who was with us had a groupon that was valued at $5.00. Since they used the coupon it cancelled out every other promotion such as the childrens special. Instead of saving around $35.00 the couple had saved $5.00. This was brought to the attention to the manager. He refused to revearse the groupon and stated there was a sign on the door stating you could not get the specials if a coupon is used (I dont usually read signs on the door). I think it would have been nice if the waitress would have told us. On top of the horrible food and service, a 20% gratuity was already added to our checks. I dont like to tip 20 % for horrible service, but I always leave 30% tip if I receive great service. I will not only will never go back, I will tell everyone I know about my experience.

I bought a Groupon because it was a good deal and my boyfriend and I wanted to try a new place. I really regret even spending the $16 on this place. The service was slow from the start. We ordered the combo fajitas which were overpriced at $30! When we received the food, it was cold and none of the veggies were even cooked (still crunchy and raw). The tortillas were also cold and there was very little meat in the mix for a $30. We each ate a few bites and decided to let the server know everything was not very good. She got the manager who didnt quite understand our concerns and just put in an order for more meat while the rest of the food sat and got colder. We waited another 45 minutes then requested the check. The total bill was $38 for fajitas we didnt eat and 2 sodas. When my boyfriend asked them to take off enough so the Groupon covered it, the manager and server became very rude and didnt understand why we were so unhappy with our ruined meal. Eventually, they agreed to reduce the bill and we went elsewhere. Will not return because of the poor customer service.

I have been eating at Ajjuas for years. Whenever I crave enchiladas Ajjuas is the first place I go. And sometimes I get lucky and show up on Wednesdays for endless enchiladas. The staff works their asses off and always works their hardest to keep their customers happy. I like calling ahead and getting lunch orders to go, awesome deal for an authentic, delicious food. I only get an hour for lunch and having an actual meal instead of fast food is always a privladge. I wish everybodys reviews on google reflected how I feel about this amazing establishment, but everyone know someone is more willing to speak up on the bad than to take the time to speak on the good. Have patience and understand that the people who work here are HUMAN and they are doing the best they can. If you want a quick burrito, go to Taco Bell. But if you want to enjoy a margarita, delicious food, and your company, Ajjuas is just for you. I will be back soon guys, as always, thank you.

Had lunch here for the first time the other day. They only had one server and one busboy. The place was busy and it took awhile to get service at first. They comped our drinks for the wait. Food came out quickly after that and the server was very nice. I had the number 5 lunch special, pork green burrito with rice and beans. The burrito was very bland but the rice, beans, chips and salsa were very good. I have eaten here before and it is usually very awesome. Today was just ok, next time I will try something else. I gave it a 3 star today because they only had one server and the burrito was very bland. Dinner is usually a 5 star place. Because YELP SUCKS I use google reviews for accurate reviews. So should you.

Driven by dozens of times and the so so reviews kept me away...finally decided to try it and yeah...kind of disappointed. Went on a Saturday with very few people there and after getting drinks took a while for anyone to take our order. Finally ordered a combo with the shredded beef burrito and carnitas chimichanga. The green chili sauce had little flavor and The carnitas were extremely bland and the chimi was almost as soft as the burrito and none of the crunchy fried texture youd expect from a chimichanga. The rice was eh....my mom ordered the breakfast burrito which was chorizo she didnt like it so i took it home and it had the consistency of a paste almost. Wasnt really my cup of tea

First walked in and waited 2-3 minutes before anyone even noticed us while 3 employees were standing around talking. Purchased a large house margarita that tasted awful!!!!! And they ended up at $15/glass!!!!! No prices on the drink menu. Got my dinner and the ground beef in my taco was red. Not pink, red. I informed the waiter as he took our food away just to let them know (I didnt want any additional food) and he said oh.... I watched him walk back with it and show another employee who shrugged and went on his way. Only good thing was the chips and salsa. I cant believe they have 5 locations that stay in business. Awful experience.
