They must be paying people to put up all the nice reviews because this place sucks. Never mind the parking is terrible and the acoustics in the place make it nearly impossible to communicate your order...but the girl behind the counter seemed put off to help me even though I was the only customer in the place (2:20 in the afternoon). I ordered a burrito bowl and she was EXTREMELY skimpy on the portions. Barely any meat or beans and very little salsa and sour cream. Mostly lettuce and rice. I asked for a tortilla and it wasnt even warm. Had to tear it apart like cardboard. They didnt even bother offering me a drink. Whatever. That was a waste of almost $10. Worst Chipotle I have ever been to.

I wrote a review and Im not sure where it is. So I will try again. We ordered the catering order for 30 people. Steak and chicken are the meat items we ordered. Everything was good except the steak. No one ate it. I called and talked to the manager and she said they were having problems with the steak it was tough and not very good and maybe I should have ordered something else. I said can you do anything about it and she said the next time we have another event that we cater she will give me a $50 coupon. I guess I expected more because it was an expensive order. I will not be ordering from this location again and I was not happy with the manager.

Chipotle has fallen off and taste and portion sizes. I ordered a chicken burrito and the person making my burrito was so stingy with the rice and chicken. He barely put any rice or chicken in the burrito. The tortilla was barely heated.....very disappointing. Steve Els if your going to keep raising the price keep the portion sizes the same as before. Ive noticed the burrito tortillas got smaller as well as the serving ladles. The public is not blind! This may be why your your bottom line is plunging.

Bad.bad. bad. I have eaten at every chipolte in denver and this is by far the worst 1. The food was over salted. They made us wait to pay for food for over 15 minutes. Even though I was the first person in the restaurant. Before I could pay I was forced to wait until the 12 people behind me got their food made. please do yourself a favor. And go to a different Chipotle. I went back just to check if it has gotten better and it had gotten worse. The service here is horrible

I simply LOVE this location. The food is consistently outstanding, staff is professional, welcoming, engaging and serve with a smile. It is quite evident of their high standard of service and work ethics. Manager Orlando Moreno has created a vibrant place to dine with an elite group of staff. I recently celebrated my birthday there and staff came by my table to sing happy birthday......I was in Chipotle heaven!

Really gross food that is very tired. Go to el comino or any of the mexican restaurants around the highlands . I had a bad experence here the two overweight mexican women behind the counter were extremely rude and clearly talking about me in spanish right in front of me , I understand spanish however so I heard what they were saying and it was extremely inappropriate and rude!. Dont go here!!!!!!

For whatever reason, the people that work at this Chipotle. Ive gone a few times and theyve consistently screwed it up. The last time the person making my burrito dropped a big scoop of pinto beans into the black beans which are supposed to be vegetarian and didnt seem to mind. Id drive a bit farther and avoid this one.

Definitely a standout location for a Chipotle. Most of their restaurants have a nice atmosphere, but this one in quite exceptional. If you have a younger family and youre looking for a place in the Highlands to dine on a Friday night without having to worry too much about keeping a lid on the noise, this is your spot.

I eat here far too often and they staff here absolutely kills it every time. The meat has ALWAYS just come up (anywhere from 11:30 - 2:00) and I havent been chastised once about ordering weird stuff (half/half, double wrapped, whatever). Smiles from behind the counter every time.

App is not friendly! Wanted to order another quesadilla and it wouldnt let me going to the line the lady at the counter made me go all the way to the end to order another quesadilla along with the $50 order I just spent the order was wrong very very frustrated

Me and my girlfriend went there and their machines were down causing a long wait time. However, the staff was very friendly and very courteous towards us, and I really appreciated how well they handled everything going on. The food was amazing as well!

I asked for salsa on the side of by bowl and chip and guacamole and they charged me for chip and salsa and charged me for guacamole. Over charging me and I said something. All they said I was wrong.
