I arrived at 7:45 on a Thursday needing to get dinner for me and my roommates. I wait in line for about 5 minutes as there are only two people working the line. Mike the manager and some other older gentleman and it must have been his first day (slow). All that was fine as I was not in a hurry. I get up to order and ask for "brown rice" which is allowed since they only have two choices. I was told they were out of "brown rice" and it would be 10-15 minutes. I decided to wait it out since it would be a pain to drive to another one. Well, 25 minutes later, still no rice, still no acknowledgment. Mike, the manager comes out to apologize and I said it had already been about double the time I was promised so I would wait. Fast forward to 8:35 and there is still no rice, they even moved it over to cook the rice in a pot on the stove and still could not produce brown rice (after 50 minutes) at a Mexican food joint that only has two options. I finally left the store and Mike seemed shocked I could not wait any longer. He did try to apologize and I understand mistakes happen but seriously, wtf, 50 minutes for rice on a Thursday? This is extremely poor management and I will never and I mean ever eat at this or any other Chipotle most likely, ever again. I went across the street and got much better service at another chain... As much as I enjoy Chipotle, I will never eat at this horrible establishment ever again. I also did not appreciate they have soapy water cleaning up areas right beside where they were cutting cooked meat to serve to people... this location should be shut down... Very disappointing. My wife and I decided to grab some take out tonight rather than cooking at home so of course Chipotle was the easy compromise. Since college Ive always been a fan of Chipotle. Well I may still love the restaurant as a chain; I dont plan on returning to this particular location. Due to their release of the new Queso the restaurant was packed. The first two servers who helped me on the assembly line were very helpful and kind. However the sloppy pudgy guy with the beard then put lettuce on my burrito without asking me. As he did so, I told him no lettuce, he smirked at me and said "too late". I replied "really man?" Which he responded "What? You want me to make you another one?" I was beyond pissed off at this point and frankly just wanted to get the hell out of there. Upper management please take note of this poor customer service. I will be returning to Chipotle; just not this particular location.

Chipotle connoisseur, new to the area- I wont be coming back to this one after a couple of visits. The food is often cold by the time I sit down, a HUGE pet peeve of mine. On top of that the hospitality feeling felt at most Chipotles simply isnt found here. The employees just get you through the line asap and barely smile or look at you when asking how youre doing. I love Chipotles hospitality and warm burritos, both seem to be missing from this particular establishment :(

We ordered two "steak" burritos. Worst burritos I think either of us has ever had. The so called "steak" was nothing but chunks of fat and grizzle that neither one of us could choke down. Chipotle has gone to using cheap meat to save money...weve given them multiple chances to actual serve us something we can eat with zero success. After our last experience I think we have finally given up...a waste of money for very low quality food! I would rate them a zero if I could!

Really a horribly managed location. The food is left out for long periods of time and is all crusty. The employees basically grunt at you and they have bad food safety. I had the cashier hand me a cup by putting his hand inside the cup after handling money. The franchisee needs to pull their head out of the sand and manage this store better. The location over at Chester and county line is so much better in every way.

The kids spent more time talking than wrapping burritos. Trash was overflowing. They didnt know the names of the salsa they were serving. I asked for Verde and he asked if that was the corn. Verde is Spanish for green. Got home and burritos were completely open and wet.

I keep giving this place a chance, but its almost always disappointing. My girlfriend loves this place, but to me it tastes like a slightly upgraded version of Taco Bell. It might just be my personal taste. No offense if you love this place.
