I normally come to this qdoba since its in close proximity to my house and normally I dont really care about the chicken portion or anything (I know I comes out of their pay checks lmao) but today I went in there 7/18/17 around 6:10 pm and the women working behind the food were incredibly rude and saying side remarks to one another in each others ears.. I honestly should report this to corporate as well which I probably will do when I get home. To proceed, there was literally less than a scoop of chicken left in the tray. Before my burrito bowl makes it to the register I say wow, you werent going to mention FRESH chicken was coming with seconds for your customer? I then asked for a bowl with fresh chicken instead in which they told me rudely no, and that if they did that for me they would have to do it for every customer and that I could just get chicken on top of that. They then pur the new chicken on top of the bowl with all of the old portion and then say that will be $2.16 extra. That was funny.. theyre lucky Im not the young immature me. All of them would of would of them would have had a trash afternoon like I did after consuming this garbage. It wasnt even made with care.

Came in on May 21st at around 7:30. Line was pretty long, almost back to the door. We waited 20-30 minutes to place our order. There were two girls working on the front, one of which that was working her butt off doing peoples entire orders from start to finish running back and forth. Great job! And the other that was at the register, taking her time on everything, not offering to top off the orders that were pushed down, and looking as if she hates every person in here. So to the girl that was working her ass off great job. To the one on the register not trying at all to help with the large rush of people and being very short with customers, if you cant handle this type of job then maybe you shouldnt be doing it. They also ran out of lettuce shortly after we got there, which was very surprising.

Ok first time at this location and what a disappointing visit. The lady behind the counter didnt pay attention to the guy before me or myself told her black beans and try to give us Brown beans the same with the rice . Then she leaves without saying a word and my burrito is left there. The next lady I felt she just didnt want to be there. She didnt offer anything to add to the burrito. Then at check out they forget my cheese. It didnt stop there at the soda machine the lady takes the cartridge out of the machine and leaves the machine open and didnt reset it I had to wait about two minutes for some other lady restart the machine . Now I get to eat and my chips are stale . I dont like to complain but seriously get your stuff together. One last thing the tables some are dirty .

Worst, most unedible quesadilla I have ever had. Let me first start off that I didnt know the menu changed and you can no longer order to your liking. I decided to go with a quesadilla as it is a staple, good, easy to make Mexican food item. Well when I got it home ( I live less than 2 minutes away) it was a pill of tortilla, meat and melted chesse. The quesadilla was hardly cut into pieces and was impossible to pick up and it was sticky, wet mess. Not even in a drunken state would this be appetizing. On top of it, it was a $10 pile of slop. The place was being run my teenagers with no care for there job or that they were making food. This place use to be great but sadly I will never go again.

Waited in line for over 20 minutes with only six people in front of me, the girls were rude and lacked any sense of urgency as the line behind me grew get to finally order do a vegetarian no meat bowl and was charged full price and told that I was wrong for expecting it to be the price that I paid the last time-- The lady in front of me was overpriced and overcharged for her order as well when in on her last time she was charge something completely different . The cashier was rude- The manager came out multiple times never once offered to help as the line grew and people started getting upset . Completely wasted my entire lunch break there I will never go there again .

Ok so we went to this qudoba tonight and the woman with the red hair was rude didnt listen to us seemed like she was more interested in us leaving. She didnt give us what we wanted the messed up faces she kept giving us the restaurant was dirty the staff was rude and it was really dirty .we will never go back this is the second time Ive been their and I should have known from my first experience that this wasnt going to be any better tried to call the 1800 number on our receipt and never heard a thing from anyone from the company. ADO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT I will not be coming back

I was excited to spend my coupon here, but I was appalled at the workers carelessness. They just threw the ingredients in the bowls with complete disregard for ingredients getting mixed up. The pico was full of cheese, so I asked if they had any that wasnt contaminated, and they didnt have it. Im glad I had a coupon because what I got want worth the money. I wont be returning to this location. Go to the one in the Gardens instead.

Friendly quick staff. Couldnt ask for more in a qdoba Edit: there has been a moldy lemon in the soda machine for a couple weeks and its getting really nasty. If it is still there the next time I come in I shall accompany this post with a picture. The smell is horrendous. Edit: the moldy lemon is gone so Ill give ya back a star...but that was gross and it was there for weeks

took them forever to make the food. and they kept helping other people while leaving my food out just to sit.. they treat white people like trash. very very rude and poor customer service. wow. in my opinion you treat everyone with the same respect. it doesnt matter what color your skin it. Im very disgusted. everything was dirty. like all of the tables.

Staff is super slow and not very friendly. They were scratching the last onion on the tray instead of requesting more to the kitchen. When I asked for a diet coke they told me they only had bottles but I found out, after I paid, that the dispenser had all the drinks in the world. I gave it 2 stars b/c food was good but I wont go to this location ever again.

Food is great but I intentionally forgo this location for a Chipotle 10 min away even though I live right down the street. The service is so slow I can usually get to Chipotle, get my food, and get back home faster than I can just get my order in here. If you have some time on your hands, the food is good. If youre in a time-crunch, this isnt your location.
