There’s something wrong with this location. Chipotle as a whole gets my 5 star vote, but this location is lucky to get 2 stars. There are a lot of rude and cranky employees that work here, which is abnormal for this company. It’s a bummer because this is the closest Chipotle to my house. The location on Havana is all around better, if that’s not too far. If you can get past the unhappy employees, keep an eye on your food. They are extremely stingy here and I’m not kidding when I say you’ll probably get half the portion of meat that you’re used to. Don’t bother mentioning it as all you’ll get is an argument. Also, make sure you’re not being charged for items that you did not order or receive. Phew…. I never thought I’d be writing a bad review about a Chipotle…

I had a bad experience at this location today. They have a crew of nothing but young kids and they had the whole restaurant dirty. The boy that tried to wrap our burritos didnt know how to wrap them and he kept ripping the tortilla. Then, they ran out of cheese and one of the workers went to the back to try and look for the cheese and took forever to come back. By the time he came back my husbands burrito was all cold and soggy and they had to throw it away and make a new one.

I am an Army reservist who drills at Fitzsimmons Reserve Center. Nearly every drill weekend this location will be packed with people in uniform from our unit and other units. We often see Police and Fire present as well. The service is quick, which is a bonus for those who have a short lunch break. The management is good and the freshness of the food is always on point. There are several other restaurants next door, but we always prefer this Chipotle over other places to eat.

Had a phenomenal experience at Chipotle. Elly (or Ellie sorry I dont know the correct spelling) was amazing. She was attentive and prepared my order without any complications. She had a wonderful attitude and treated me with marvelous care. I will definitely return as the employees are great. Thank you again Elly!

Went at lunch, got 2 soft chicken tacos, a bag of chips. The chips were so old I couldnt eat them, even after the girls at the counter made a comment of how fresh the chips were. The chicken had so much fat gristle I couldnt finish them either. Ive eaten there several times but this was not good!

This Chipotle turned me from a Qdoba fan into now a CHIPOTLE fan! The service was excellent. The food was made great and tasted great! Thank you for the good work and I will keep coming back. The host "Angelo" (from my receipt) definitely deserves a raise! Thanks Angelo!!

Im still standing in line, waiting for them to cook chicken and Ive been waiting here for about 15 min, they said i have to wait another 8 more minutes, they dont have white rice, and theres 3 employees just sitting in the restaurant eating!?

It was the worst experience the manarger on duty n the african american employee was extra rude throwing our food n i barley got any lettuce rice or anything i asked for a bigger manarger and they said there isnt 1 we need our food replaced

I love this Chipotle! I actually go like three times a week or more and all the servers know my order. They make conversation and are extremely nice. Also, the food always tastes fresh and everything is always nice and clean :)

Love this Chipotle location! Angelo represents the brand very well and my son thinks he is the nicest, coolest guy in the world. The restaurant and restrooms are always kept very clean and the food is always fantastic.
