Worst location Ive been to by far. Loreyna the shift leader was no help whatsoever. After she failed to inform us that they need a credit card on file past 20 wings ordered, we wait almost 45 mins to be told our order was never placed. She tried to pawn me off on the store manager which wasnt at the location at the time. She blamed her break as to why they didnt call and inform us to put a credit card on file. This is a complete and absolute disappointment to my experience the wing stop franchise and brand. I will not stop posting about my poor experience until the store manager contacts me and explain why its ok to treat their paying customers like this. Im waiting for an explanation as to where the "over 20 wing policy must have a credit card on file" is listed on the website or explained over the phone. Im also waiting for a response as to why I cant have the name of the store manager.

It was like a party in there on a Friday at noontime. The patrons having lunch and the employees were happy and smiling. Including the LAPD officers picking up their boxed orders. Frances took my order. She was friendly, efficient and helpful. When Frances brought my takeout order she repeated it to me and everyone around me cheered because it sounded so delicious and as if I were taking it to a party. (Yes, a small one.) Anyway, on the way out I held the door for the smiling and laughing people behind me. The new guests coming in were smiling and greeting each other, too. I cant wait to go back and see if the party is continuing! Oh, yes, I already knew the wings were great after having them at several parties. Had my car smelling so good, I almost pulled over to take a bite!

Absolutely ridiculous. This place used to be so great. Ive been ordering from them 1-2 times a week for over a year. Now these guys never give you the correct order... I mean NEVER... Triple check before you leave also they dont even put enough sauce on there nowadays. The quality given to you nowadays is NIGHT AND DAY. The manager ended up yelling and cursing at my friend after he questioned the quality last night. He then screamed out he was calling the cops because he said he was out of line and to not speak to him like that. They just lost a client who spends hundreds a month for years because of this. Guess we will drive Reseda for wingstop now. Dont go to this store. EVER

I came to wing stop on June 7th around 9pm with my date, as soon as I walked in I felt extremely uncomfortable by the staff. We felt as we were being seen as outsiders the young lady taking our order was very unhelpful! We stepped out and waited in the car! I came inside to pick up the order and I asked if I could use the restroom key , just my luck there was no toilet paper.....as if the experience wasnt terrible enough I let them know there was no toilet paper, her response was "ooooooh" she turned away and started helping someone else . I RECOMMEND THE STAFF BE RETRAINED, TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH EQUALITY AND RESPECT AND TEND TO THERE NEEDS !

Terrible service. Our order was wrong even though the guy read the order back; clearly, he didnt check the bag for the actual contents he was reading. When I called, the people I spoke with were all a joke. The manager was actually laughing on the phone because she expected me to drive 20 minutes back to the restaurant with all the food and a receipt. No management skills, poor customer service, absolutely immature staff. The cooks are the only thing that save this place because the wings from here taste decent. If you have a choice, go to the Reseda store instead.

To me personally the price of the food here is not worth it. It is quite expensive considering what you get. I have spent way more money on food and other nice restaurants. However when you go to those places you get much more for your money here this is not the case. It is fast food that cost a lot and you dont get much. However generally The Taste is pretty good. Ive had had this place a few times before where the chicken was not cooked all the way and it was not to my liking. But in general the majority of the time it is ok. Neighborhood not so nice.

Placed an order online for it. Said pick up in 30 min. I got to the parking lot and got a phone call saying "we are going to cancel your order cause it hasnt been paid for" well duh? Than she said she can re do the order if we wanna pay now we said sure we are here, we asked how long; she turned around and asked how long and NOT ONE EMPLOYEE ANSWERED HER, so she turned round and said 15. Really????? This place is a joke. I will gladly pay 10 extra to go somewhere else that knows what they are doing. Thanks.

So I placed my order online for pick up at 12:13pm . My email confirmation shows pick up at 12:32pm. Its now 12:36 pm. We go to pick up our food and pay for it. However our food is no where near ready. In fact DIANA claims their store policy is you have to pay prior to them processing/cooking your food. I think that absurd considering that information is no where posted on their website for this specific location. This is a complete joke. And not to mention how rude and incompetent the workers are.

When people say "worst service" - they mean this place. Its pretty bad. The wings are good, just like any other wing stop, but its the bad service and impatient staff that really turns me off at this place. I give it 2 stars because the wings are good, and the sauce is fantastic. The food makes up for it somewhat. Also, the bathrooms here are atrocious. The smell reeks to outside the restroom. In short, the service is horrible but the wings are good. Get your order to go, and get the heck out.

My Boyfriend And Myself Explained Our Order Not Twice But There Times And Then Said It Back So Fast My Boyfriend Didnt Even Catch On So I Polietly Corrected Her For The FOURTH Time Then My Boyfriend Even Broke It Down and FINALLY SHE GOT IT ! Worst service Ive yet to see in my life. Ive also visited many third world countries. I cant believe these people work. 35 minutes on the phone to make an order, only to drive and see that its not even busy. Workers slaking around, not caring for anything. Im surprised this place is open, but then again everyone with an EBT loves them. Ever wonder why you still work at wingstop?

When I asked the guy if he can help me get the key to the restroom, the guy told me to go to the counter, & get it myself.Very Rude, then when I was ordering food, I was getting strange looks from all the employees. All because I asked an employee to help me get the key, because I am handicap. The crowd is very young, & they have no respect for elderly
