I loved Wingstop before tonight . . .lets just start from the top. First Ill start off with what originally made me want to write a review before everything started going downhill, the beverage up-sizing. And not just up-size like a normal place. But the fact that they charge you an up-size charge for getting an actual downsize. Of course Im talking about the bottled beverages. I get it, its really a business move to sell a 12 ounce beverage for 50 cent more than a 20 ounce beverage and blatantly call it an "up-size". Which is why I cant really be mad because its a stupid tactic that I fell for. Secondly, is that fact that the lady at the register, who Ill call Daisy since thats what it says on the receipt, even though not one on any of the working staff wore name tags, was so overly confident in her ability to up-size everything that she ended up charging us not just twice for the same sauce but the second time instead of correcting herself she up-sized it. I hope at this point your realizing they got probably about five to eight more dollars out of us than wed like. But it doesnt end there, lets talk about the racism, as if that wasnt icing on this flaming pile of "Im never ever coming back here again KFCs my homie for life" sized cake. Yes, thirdly would be the racism, I grew up in Bakersfield so I know when Im being called a racial slur in Spanish. I will be taking this part up with the manager during the day hours seeing as how there was no one that could possibly be aloud to hold that much responsibility in there tonight. Granted, the more I think about it, when I was in there I saw that their employee of the month plaque hasnt had an employee of the month since February, leading me to believe the incapability of all and any of theyre employees. P.S. Ive worked in the food industry and I know its a health violation to not wear either your company hat or hair net on your head while being around food, and Ill be taking that violation to the health inspector so tell Daisy to put her hat on. I just checked your score and I saw you guys barely passed it would suck if this is what took you down to a B rating . . . just some friendly advice from a FORMER customer.

Wingstop has been my favourite place to get wings at for the longest time, Ive been eating here since 2014 and was rarely disappointed. However, it seems as if recently hired staff has been causing the business to plummet. My last experience with Wingstop (March 2016) was pretty disappointing; the fries werent seasoned enough, wings were overcooked and lacked sauce, and they gave me 9 wings instead of 10. I decided to give them another try since then and it was even worse this time. I ordered both of my wing combos with extra lemon pepper seasoning and they didnt even bother to at least SALT the fries. They were as plain as can be. I ordered their Spicy Korean wings since I enjoyed them so much the previous year and was hoping for the same experience. Nope. Wings barely had any sauce at all. I thought that i had ordered plain wings. One out of the 5 wings actually had sauce. And to top it all off, my unseasoned plain fries had a hair in them. Theyre charging me $1 more on my 10 piece combo for less sauce and human hair in my fries? Awful. I used to love this place, I would eat at least 2-3 times a month here. I believe the recent new staffing is the cause of this, the food quality isnt there anymore, its just become another mediocre wing place. Now I wouldnt recommend eating here to anyone. Go to Buffalo Wild Wings instead.

I ordered wings today and was pretty excited because Wingstop finally got their online ordering set up. I went thru the entire process of placing my order, only to find out that you HAVE to pay by credit card. Its not like when you order from Dominos or Pizza Hut and they give you the option to pay cash. I wanted to pay cash so I called to place my order. I hate calling Wingstop because I am always put on hold for anywhere from 4-8 minutes. When I asked the girl who finally picked up after 4 minute hold why I wasnt able to order online and pay cash, she said that I had to call to place my order. I told her that I didnt like to call because I am always put on hold, and they are rude and can never seem to understand my order. She said "We put people on hold because its football season and we be busy". But, when I go into pick my orders up, the employees are always joking and laughing. I guess thats what busy is to them. While the wings are wonderful, the attitude of the staff almost make it not worth ordering from them.

Horrible customer service, never even acknowledged we had walked in. They saw us walk in then continued to text on their phones. Took over a half hr to receive our 15 piece wings with no line and no wait. The store was disgusting only wiped down one table. Trash was everywhere including the floor and there was basically no one in the store. Luckily my fiancé liked his food which is the only reason they get a star. I will never eat at this place its not worth it.

Worst service !"Will that be it will that be it will that be it"? All I heard during my call in order. Went and picked up the food, got home and wings were old and dry! NEVER have I complained about any food place but this experience was the worst. When I got there they didnt believe the order was incorrect still charged for sauce and did not even apologize! Not worth going back anymore Mejor me hago un pinche caldo de pollo en la casa

I went at about 11:45am. I ordered a 20 piece traditional and a 5 strip combo. I did not reciece my food until 12:45pm. 4 orders were called out, 3 of them were people behind me, including a party of 4 which had well over 30 wings. I got home to now find out that my fries were not cooked all the way, squishy and cold. Strips were just as squishy as the fries. Only gave 2 stars because my traditional wings were hot.

My husband placed an order by phone at 450 pm it said food will be ready by 535pm my he gets there at 530 they tell him it will be 15 more min. He waits cause he understood that it was busy,but then they finally give him the chicken at 606pm Really!! an hour and 1hour and 15 minutes later for chicken! Thats ridiculous!! Will not give my business to this place again,for that matter I should of went to KFC.

Wow, total bummer. Went last night, ordered 15pc meal at 10pm food was finally done at 10:30.. but ok.. The lemon pepper was dry and very salty, the mild was Super Oily! And the garlic parmesian was also Salty! The cooks didnt appear too sanitary either, no gloves, guys with long hair not covered . Just an overall poor experience. Loved the one in Visalia though a whole lot better!

The wings and fries were good, but the line and time to get food was unacceptable for how few people were actually there. With two similar orders, one friend got their food nearly instantly (they ordered second). The friend who ordered first had to wait almost 20 minutes to get their food. Also, if theyre busy, youll have to park a ways away and it will be standing room only.
