Visited here about 3 times in the past 2 and a half years and each time have either regretted it or felt irritated at some point. Every time I have gone it has been relatively empty (max 20 people dining) and for some reason it always takes forever to get seated, be served, and waiting for the check is an eternity. Last time I visted about a week ago simply because my bf had a gift card, our server was switched out 3 times, and never once were we checked in on and had to basically beg to pay our bill. Ive seen the staff goofing off and talking in the storage area/where the computers are when they should be working and it is honestly hilarious to me at this point that most of them have jobs with the way they behave. Just because theres wings, beer, and ESPN doesnt mean the employees should have their own personal frat party. Aside from it being a nice, clean facility and pretty good food/deals, this location seriously needs a staff makeover (referring to the servers only as I have no idea how any employees in the back conduct themselves). Hard pass.

Our server tonight was Seth, not only was this the worst, most laughable service that Ive ever received. I would also like Seth to lick my bonch. Solely because it would be the only way he could redeam himself. He and the manager (tubby Mexican lady) walked by our table ignoring us several times. And when seth did speak to us, he was rude. I work at a restaurant and if I were to behave like any of the staff here, I would be beaten with a rubber hose (as expected). I hope that none of the staff here decides to procreate, and the world would be better off. Once again Seth, lick my taint...from sack to starfish and may the lord Lucifer have mercy on your uneducated soul. (p.s. I know this sounds funny and exaggerated but this Im like 99% serious. This place blows. I would prefer the wings of a mans scrotum adhering to his inner thigh, rather than the overpriced, oversaused, popcorn chicken that these clows are pushing.)

This would have to be the worst restaurant that I have ever eaten in (or not eaten). the place is lined with huge TV sets showing every kind of sport imaginable and very loudly so you cant hear any conversation. The food is appalling. I ordered a Caesar Salad which looked very inviting until I put the dressing on the top. The dressing was hot and spicy and I am sure that it contained jalapeños. Not the usual Caesar Salad dressing which if fairly mild. I sent it back and did not have to pay for it, thanks to our lovely waitress. I felt ill all night long and am still feeling bad at mid day on the next day. The menu is very confusing. I will NOT be going back, it was my worst nightmare. A nice evening out with friends was spoilt by this awful place.

Service was good, food was good and nice choice of beer. If.your looking for a 5 star place your going to pay the 5 star price. Not sure why all the other people on here give it low marks and and extremly rude comments. You can make your point without being crude. Seems like most people who marked it low had small kids out late and night, which probably added to the frustration level, suggestion takes the wife out to a nice place and reserve this for afternoon lunch or quick dinner. Its good lunch or a quick grab snack place. Just the fact that we have a place to eat in town that is clean should get a 3 star... My wife and myself will be attending another lunch there today and Ill have her post what she thinks just to confirm my rating.

I went to BWW at 09:40 p.m. last night with a party of 6 and my 1 year old Godson. Waited until 10:10 p.m. before finally speaking to a Manager about the parade of customers getting seated while we waited. Turns out that we couldnt be seated in a booth due to having my Godson needing a high chair & that being a fire hazard. Then when two tables did open up that could of been pushed together to seat us, we were again over looked by the Hostess. When I brought this to the Managers attention, he said, Im not going to lie, she made a mistake. The Manager then started pointed out different partys that were going to leave soon. I waited another 10 minutes for my order (now to go) & still no openings so we left. Thus concluding my bad exp. at BWW

We came in very late Saturday Night/ EarlySundayAM. We tried to make a reservation, but it was not accepted because there was a fight on earlier in the evening. So with a large 15 people group the wait was too long and unnecessary as by the time we arrived the fight had long since been over and there was more than enough room for several large groups. We waited around watching them set up for us. That Was Completely Unnecessary!! However once we were seated our server Valentina was excellent!! Very attentive to all our requests, friendly and quickly attended to each and every one of our needs and provided us with excellent service;) That was much appreciated, Thank You!!

Horrible service took them FOREVER to sit us at least a hour then when they sat us down took them FOREVER to assign us a waitress.I literally had to go to the front and ask them if they know whete are waitress was at then FINALLY like 20 min later got a waitress she took SOME of our orders walked away came back like 10 min later took our order and we waited FOREVER for our drinks and food...we literally went to the bar to get drinks...we are still waiting...got her at 8:30 and its about to be 11 and we still havent gotten our food or our drinks...waitress hasnt even check on us..worSt service Ive ever had..

This is a great place to watch a game while eating lunch or dinner. The dining area is surrounded by TVs playing different sporting events. We come here for the wings of course. My favorite is the traditional wings with the sauces on the side. I dont like ordering them with the sauce because they tend to drown the wings with sauce especially with BBQ sauce. My favorite is the Lemon Pepper. If you come here during Happy Hour, they have specials on their wings. You get a discounted price. For the price of a large size (20 wings), you get an extra 5 wings.

The rudest people Ive ever encountered at a restaurant. I simply asked the person what a typical wait was on a Saturday. He told me he couldnt tell me. I asked to speak to the manager, who said the same thing and then proceeded to start an argument with me. What restaurant manager doesnt know the typical wait time on a Saturday for their restaurant? And who yells at a customer that was trying to bring a large party in to their business? I will not give them $1 of my money. Ive honestly never experienced anything like it. Crazy.

I have been here maybe 4 times thinking it would get better everytime, but definitely does not get better. Why do I hear a *sigh* when I ask for something or when I dont answer you right away with food in my mouth?? Like if you value your job or want to continue it without me being rude dont be rude to me because in the end you chose to work in customer service for food. Dont be a b***h! Honestly they need a manager that will teach them right from wrong or have them get the stick out there a**. Get better service!!!
