I like to call this business is working with the enemy.The wait was not bad. Yes sure it was pack of NFL fans. Just the perspective that my Raiders were playing, while I waited to be seated was great experience because I was watching the game. The only problem was my order and no one approach me to ask for my order I had to get someone attention to order my food but even that took long signs of lack of employees and not showing interest in the customer that makes your paycheck I was disappointed and turn down the lemonade drink but ask them I prefer the water and yes the water is free and I was never billed for the water why is it that my drink got their last but my food got their first it should of been both first or the drink first and I would not turn down the lemonade I later ask to watch the game to see the end of the 4th quarter prior to they were kicking me out because I finish my meal OK I came here to watch a game OK so can I watch a game and they mention go to the sport bar I did but was full house and my surroundings were not pleasant and very uncomfortable. I left and watch the end of the quarter in my car in the parking lot they need to fire all this employees and get a good team that show interest in there consumers. Plus its very unpleasant when the business is working for the enemy.

It took them 30 min to come and greet us. Then no apologies just wanted us to order drinks... he mentioned twice that I was not getting alcoholic drinks. I was hungry after 30 min of waiting and not thinking about drinks. Then it took them 30 min for Terrel our server to bring my food out. Being a server myself I know my food was sitting on a counter for some time as it was all cold when I got it. After i let him know, He took my cold food and after another 15 (45 in total) I finally got my food. We just wanted to move on from the incident so my friends then ordered a drink and they forgot all about it! Wow I would think they wouldnt forget a drink. Then Terrel blamed it on another server and went on and on, on a tangent when we asked to speak with a manager. As a customer I dont care about whats going on behind the curtains just apologize and own up to your mistake. I dont want to know about anothers servers laziness. (His words) Not my business I just want to be served. After another 30 min(1h 20min) wait we had all our order and frankly was not hungry. At this point Terrel was going on break and was pressuring us to pay our bill! And guess what he circled the tip line! No apologies and still wants a tip!

WING STOP IS BETTER. A few years ago a male friend and I went during NBA finals to watch the game, have some drinks, etc. Security denied my friend entry for wearing a white t shirt. As if it was an upscale chicken wing joint lol. We left, and never returned. Fast forward to 2017, I took a chance to try their food. To my surprise it was nothing but a glorified chicken shack. The staff looked like young kids who could careless about appearances, the counter was dirty and a mess, old balled up receipts, and other misc. things on the counter. The menu and door were full of fingerprints. Cleaning is not a priority. If the entrance looked that way I could only imagine what the bathrooms looked like. Blame it on alcohol and a late night, I still ordered. Those were the hardest, most over cooked, nastiest, wings ever! No fries, or celery and carrot stiicks came with my order. Just boxes of dead wings. Rejection is Gods protection. Should have stayed away after they turned my friend away years ago. This is a waste of retail space in this community. Whoever owns it should be ashamed.

Really enjoy coming here with friends after a late shift. Lately service hasnt been its best. Weve received mozarella sticks with no cheese before but the manager removed it from our tab. We once ordered a very hot order of wings and we were sweating from the spicy heat! We were on fire! Our waiter never came to check on us and when we asked another waiter for water and she said we had to ask for our own waiter like wtf! We hate having to speak to the manager it looks like all we want are discounts but what we really want is for him to adress the issues like speak to the waiters etc. we were once overcharged as well. Ugh. i will continue to come here but i do hope service gets better. Drinks food and tv here are great! The music there is great! Hip Hop/ Rap, turn up music! Way better than the one located in culver city. i love asian zing, spicy garlic, sweet bbq wing flavors,mozzarella sticks, & onion rings! Especially @ HAPPY HOUR SPECIALS!

First and last time coming to this place!! I waited 3 hours to be seated and serve! My order was wrong! First it started with us waiting a hour to be seated so because it took so long when we finally was seated we was offered 25% off because we missed happy hour and they gave us appetizers for free! It was a group of ten and they gave us 2 dips and dip for 10 people after ordering it took 48 minutes to get our food! Oh did I mention five of them were children so now kids are being irritated, Im irritated the food is wrong just a disaster and when they bring us our food they brought our food in four different sections we did not all get our food at one time it was horrible I would never come here again! I rather went to wing stop or Popeyes and ate at home in my damn bed! First and last time I PROMISE!

EXTREMELY UPSET with the service at this location. Hostess Brittany told us it would be a 15 minute wait. After 10 min, she said we were next in line. After an additional TWENTY FIVE minutes she seats another group and said we were second in line. If that's not misleading service. I don't know what is. The reason we could not be seated was because they had an event taking over half the tables, no one showed up for this event. Those tables were empty. We ended up making a takeout order once we heard we were lied to. Then once they figured out no one was coming and opened up extra seating, I asked if we could eat out takeout there. The answer was no. CLEARLY someone was not taught the importance of customer service.

Really do not know what it going on with the restaurant lately, last night has officially topped my worse experience there!! Friend and I shared the tab, YET I got charged on my card $40.02 when in reality the whole order came out to be 38.32!!!! Aside from money, my drink was disgusting after even telling the guy I HAVE BEEN THERE BEFORE & Plenty of times, so I know exactly what MY FAVORITE drink should taste like, andddd I only got half my order of wings and had to wait for the other half to be brought until I said something! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS!??? Bring back the good service you guys had! This is the 3 BAD experience I had and definitely the worse
