I was not very impressed. We got their and we were told there was a wait but about half the tables where empty. When we got seated which took 5 minutes(really not a big deal) it took roughly 20 minutes to get food maybe longer. We only got boneless wings and fried pickles. The wings were not coated evenly so some had a ton of sauce others had none. It was dinner time and they had a ton of wait staff. After we got our food our waitress disappeared until she brought the check. The food was warm but not hot the pickles where cold. When we left they had a ton of people waiting to be seated and still only about half the tables filled. I was really disappointed. I wont be going back or recommending this place to anyone.

Went there for the first time on the request of our daughter. We were met promptly and seated. Our waitress was kind, very informative, and attentive. One of the best waitresses weve had in the AV. The manager took his time to stop by our table to welcome us and speak with us. We expressed our pleasure with the service and his staff. The food was prepared quickly and served promptly. The quality was great. The Store was clean and welcoming. Sports programs were playing on many TV monitors within the location. They also provide a tablet on the table which our daughter enjoyed. I dont recommend many places but this one I do.

3rd time at this place. 1st time it was a group of 5, we got there right before closing time. I understand they want to go home but come on, you just gotta keep some comments to your self. In sort of way we were told to get out of there, so we paid and left, had to eat in my car. 2nd time it was ok. The third tim They sat me on the table right away, waited for 15 minutes for the waiter who passed by me at least 3 times. I even told my brother I would wait 5 more minutes; right after I said that a couple walked in and got served right away. Thank you Destiny, you are the mvp of bad customer service.

Great atmosphere. This place is never a bad experience. That said, it is packed during football games, so unless you are willing to go early, you will be waiting. The wait for the dining room can be long, even when it isnt crowded. The level of heat in the wings tends to vary depending on who is working in the kitchen, and the service can get slow due to understaffing sometimes. Still, everyone can find something they like here. Prices are high but happy hour and specials bring them down to reasonable levels.

Regardless of the overcrowding, slow service and poor choice making, when dealing with customers there is always a better way to handle a difficult situation. When overwhelm this team fail to deliver an satisfactory experience. Train your staff better please So after 4 months I decided to stop by again.....After 3 hours after I ordered I get my tap with everything I order in there...One problem I never got my food. Waiters asked me if I still wanted my food I politely decline and got it removed. This place is a joke

for my first time at bww I got cold wings and cold Fries:/ I was upset how the wings were. They looked like that had been sitting for a while. I had the original hot and Curry. the sause for the original hot was cold and looked like it has been soggy. the curry they put was to much and chunky. they didnt even bring veggies or ranch with our order we had to ask. for some. when they did bring them they were dry not fresh at all. i ate 2 wings , payed and left . unsatisfied and makes me never wanna go again.

I visited the Palmdale, CA location. The experience was horrible. My wings were soggy, the waiter took a little over 30 minutes, the fries were cold, I asked for extra sauce I got almost dry wings; Yes I know Soggy Dry Wings.... Well they tasted maybe as if they had set in the sauce for a while before air i to the table. Along with everything else the server wasnt good either. We had to ask for things such as napkins and silverware. Unacceptable!!!!!

Used to be one of my favorite but the food isnt great anymore only ok, some is good and some is gross. Also there are a lot of new faces. Our waitress was brand new and was nice enough but had a few regular sized group and 2 big groups and very little help. So it was good we werent needy. She was getting very little help, didnt know the system to ring up our check right, took a long time to refill drinks and multiple times forgot simple requests.

The appetizers were great .But it took about 25 minuntes to get our main course (wings).There was only two of us,actually another couple came in and sat down at the table we were going to sit at originally,and they were served before us.still waiting????On top of that the whole time i was there i didnt get one refill for my sprite.sad really sad a place with so much customers can be so unsatisfying.the skeleton is me,still no food...

If you love watching sports, drinking beer, and eating good food, this is the place for you. There are large TV screens in every direction you look and sports enthusiast surrounding you. The buffalo wings are great and there are so many sauces it can be difficult deciding. I like the sliders and pulled pork as well. The servers are young, attractive, and pleasant. Everybody is welcome but it has a young sports bar vibe.

we were there this past Saturday the 24th July. The waitress was excellent, friendly and polite. However the wings were over prices, cold, and rubbery. the place wasnt busy so you would think they would be hot...we said something to the waitress and the mentioned it to the manager who discounted it(not much but a discount) we were very disappointed especially because this is what you are famous for!! wont go again....

Only good thing about the place is the speed of the service (when youre seated). They seated us (my trusted acquaintance I) in the middle where no one else was, then gave us a fuss for wanting a booth instead of a table. Chick (not gonna say her name because other waitresses do it too) charged me twice for my bill, then kept the change. Ah well, not like anyones gonna read this anyway. Last time Ill go to this place.

Food is alright but the service is terrible! We waited 2 hours for food Every time we have gone. And beer? Forget it! Your going to wait an hour for that! This place needs rescuing by John Taffer! I called to make a reservation for my daughters 14th birthday and they dont do reservations. So on top of alright food and slow terrible service they dont take reservations. This place needs to get it together.
