I ordered my wings online, and arrived 20-25 minute after I ordered, as soon as I got there the cashier was on the phone which I thought he was taking an order but it turned out he was talking with his "homie", after 2-3 minutes of waiting he finally hung up and gave me my order, when I arrived home I noticed the bag had ripped since the wing sauce was out of the container and it got all over my car and bag, never going here again until they fix their customer service, Id rather go to the Soledad Canyon wing stop.

Waited over half an hour for my order. When I inquired about my food the answer was "we are working on it". Well I hope after half an hour they were working on it. I was never given a sorry, a discount or a reason my food took almost 40 minutes for wings. It wasnt even busy. Will never go back here. Look at their rating and read the reviews. You will see how many people waited too long.

I just came in for my lunch break to get an 8 piece order and waited half an hour wasting my break when there was only one order besides mine and I only received a 6 piece order. On the receipt it says 8 piece combo. This is my second time time coming here and the second time my order got messed up. My servers name was Daniel. 2-21-17 -Nestor

34 minutes to get my food after I ordered. 5 people who ordered after me got their food before me including a group who came 15 minutes after me. When I asked about my order after 24 minutes they just said were working on it. When I finally got my food they couldnt have cared less that I was upset it took 34 minutes for wings.

Im giving this place 5 stars. Just came from here and had lunch with my mom. Servers name is Kristee, shes very nice, kind and patient. Food took no less than 15 mins and was delicious. As for the store owner; she could smile more often instead of having a sour face. Either way food was good ty Kristee

I do agree with the other comments on here. I purchased my meal at 11:09pm did not recieve until 11:41pm . wings were great but fries were burnt. And the place was mildly busy.
