We ordered pizzas for our meeting and were happy when they arrived perfectly on time, but when we went to feed our team found that half of them were bad! Completely stuck to the lid of the box, or no cheese or toppings in large areas! I triedwould to callthe &goti no answercheese &then a recordingmeeting loop &i Since we were in the middle of a meeting we kept going &I called again when the meeting was over. Afterth finally getting to speak with the manager she was rude, and did not care at all! Not even an apology! She started telling me what we should have done &bring the pizzas back etc. She said she boxed them and nothing was wrong so we should have called then. I explained we had but got no one &could not stop our 50+ person meeting to keep calling them, so I waited till the end &i thats why I am calling now...that apparently was not good enough for her so she told me oh well, nothing they can do now! Hmm...perhaps some customer service training might help! We never even got an apology! What a shame since we will be having regular meetings &would have continued to use them!

I work for the CITY OF VALLEJO and I strongly suggest that you save you time and money and trust me when I say NO WAY, NO MORE!!!! The management is killing there business, and hanging up on a PAYED customer who had an incomplete order. Twice in 1 week they screwed up a $60 and a $90 order. Either it was way past the delivered time, cold, hard, incorrect or canceled completely with a MANAGER saying "Well we called" And what company trains there MANAGERS to hang up on the costumer. I know service jobs can be tuff but when you have a MANAGER with a I DONT CARE attitude imagine the prep and care they have in the food you, your friends and family is going to eat. PIZZA HUT ON BROADWAY IN VALLEJO should be closed until they are equip with a staff that has common sense and service skills. I give them a less than bad STAR rating. SAVE YOU MONEY AND GET DOMINO, LITTLE CESAR, OR MAKE YOUR OWN. Very disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!

I do realize the estimated time of delivery online is not exact and that If I need a more exact time that I should call the restaurant. However, an the estimated time of delivery on the automated service should not be over an hour different from the actual time delivered. Also maybe they should hire some more employees to answer their phones. I called 4 times before someone actually answered my call. Definitely will not be ordering from this location and perhaps even "Pizza Hut" ever again. OH AND BY THE WAY I CALLED BACK AT 8:30PM AND IT TURNS OUT THEY DIDNT EVEN MAKE THE ORDER. Someone claimed they tried to call to confirm the order but they never did. It was so funny because I had spoke to one of the employees over the phone and she said that my order was about to be on the way. Ref****ingdiculous service by this staff.

I SUGGEST YOU TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!! this place is horrible!! I ordered a large MEAT LOVERS online around 12:11noon and it says I should receive by order by 1:02pm, an hour wait?? well okay I guess I can wait..............AN HOUR AND 45 MINUTES LATER!!!! I call pizza hut to see what was going on and the MANAGER herself was giving me unreasonable excuses that my order has gone out already....REALLY!! but wait theres more!! so the delivery guy came and so I started munching down on my food when I noticed that I was pretty much eating a veggie pizza with peperoni?? when my receipt says I ordered meat lovers (ham, pork beef) so tell me why there is peperoni on my damn pizza?!!! as you can see how upset I am, I suggest you take your well earned money away from this place!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas for my son and I at 2:16pm. Expected delivery was 3:21pm. A little longer than Id like but its Sunday and I figured there would be a longer wait. I started calling at 3:45pm to check my order status and it took 4 calls to get a hold of someone at a call center NOT the actual business. The call center told me its on its way and should be delivered any minute. At 4:18pm the pizzas finally show up and theyre dry and cold. I understand that businesses get busy especially for pizza delivery on a Sunday but come on... 2 hours for 2 pizzas?! Ive ordered from them many times for work but after todays experience, I dont think well be ordering from there again.

Very rude. I went in for pick up with two young children and waited inside for my pizza. The cooks conversation was so vulger with no regard that there were customers in the store. They looked straight at me a number of times so its not like they didn't realize that they were not alone. I've never heard more f bombs and crazy language around children in my life. Pizza hut pizza is my fave so ill probably continue to purchase here given the location is so close to home but the customer service here is non existent. Don't expect to be treated nicely or even greeted with a smile at this location. It's not gonna happen.

My family and I got sick eating here. The pizza was gross and not worth the 43 bucks I laid down. One look at the ghetto disgusting place and its no real surprise. I certainly wont go back, not with a Dominos in Vallejo and Little Ceasers in Napa. If you like getting sick and under proofed dough, crappy quality pizza then its 5 stars, if you like good pizza then its a one. Just go down the road, theres plenty of pizza in the area.

What the hell. first of all, the girl answering the phone answers "hello?" I thought I was calling a friend, I didnt know I called pizza hut. Then I put my order in and she told me she would call me back to verify my order, but that didnt happen. An hour went by and I HAD TO CALL them back to to verify my own damn order! Not going to this one again. And when my pizza finally gets here, it better be on point!

If I could give no stars I would. Dirty store, outdated equipment and horrible customer service. Orders are either not ready on time or have been finished so far ahead of time the food is no longer hot. I know its food service, and it doesnt take much brainpower to do the job (trust me, I have worked at fast food and sit down restaurants, so I know), but the level of ineptitude is staggering.

Maybe Ive just been lucky when I go (tough reviews) but its tasted great for me! Staff is pretty nice too. Thanks guys!(v^_^)v Update time!! After eating there a few times I gotta bring my review down. We did have some really good pizzas this last year but most were just okay. Weve got some pretty major mess-ups too like a saucy mess or way under cooked.

Im done coming here. I dont know why I didnt stop earlier. Lazy and inconsistent. Didnt give me marinara or say have a good day to let me know we were done. CheeseBread sticks werent cheesy: thin layer of dry fake cheese. And beyond over priced. Pathetic francise. Didnt get my peppers or parmesan. :(
