Really dry pizza. I normally love pizza hut, so I was excited to have another delivery service in Orting which is hard to come by. They took too long and couldnt figure out the directions to my house which is a mother in law house. I gave them another try and this time it was slightly better but still couldnt get address correct. Im done!

A bunch of kids whom could careless of their job working for a national chain. Nothing but bad prep on pizzas and rude service. Last delivery, the guy forgot the Pepsi, blamed it on his guys not telling him to take one. Didnt check the receipt? Had the nerve to ask for a tip upon bringing the Pepsi over twenty minutes later? What a joke.

on the phone his name was sean . so rude. He needs to be trained again. After I talked to him I didnt even bother ordering ! I called route 66 they were very nice. Sean from pizza hut sounded high!! Ordered the the big box 5 bread stixs came with 1 half empty sauce that sucks

Very poor customer service. The five star Review was a joke and its probably someone who works there. They dont understand how to order over the phone, they mess up everyones order, and theyre consistently late delivering. AWFUL, you guys need to step up your game.

Tried these guys out twice both times they were late by one hour second time they forgot my soda I called them they said that they would send out the driver but never showed up I like the pizza but the service needs work.

I have consistently had good service and never any issues with my phone orders. The people who deliver are polite and professional. (No, I dont work at Pizza Hut!)
