So we are currently sitting at trackside pizza puyallup at 8:11pm and have been here since 6:45. Getting our drinks was relatively fast. Getting our order in was done in a timely manner. After that things have not been good. We ordered two "Pie Ups" for our kids that were not brought to us for over 25 minutes so the kids could make them to be cooked. Then when they were brought they didnt come back to check on them to be cooked for another 20 minutes. After sitting without drink refills or any word on our food at all for another 25 minutes at this point its been well over an hour and we get our pizzas. We got a cold pizza thathad clearly sat for a while. The veggies were uncooked and there were huge!!! Chunks of uncooked garlic that were unedible. They did offer to remake it for us and they did. Getting a new pizza another 15 minutes later. It was cooked better but still had the garlic that dominated every other flavor and made it hard to eat. Throughout our time there most of the staff was socializing with one another without a glance our way to provide any kind of customer service. The place was not busy but im sure thats not they way to conduct yourself at your workplace. Very dissatisfied.....

The service was fine. Having eaten at many pizza restaurants, and being a former cook I feel I can give a fair review. The I ordered a large pizza to go. The pizza was 100% generic. First of all they clearly did not use full milk mozzarella, which you always do in a sit down restaurant( or Wisconsin pizza blend) they used part skim, you never do this! The sausage was factory pre made balls, and from my knowledge the crust was factory made or very close to it. For a sit down expensive restaurant You never ever do this. The crust from little ceaser is actually better. I paid $30 for a large a total rip off. Anyone giving good reviews must have never been to high quality pizza restaurants, or are employees posting comments. Try its Greek To Me on 6th Avenue in Tacoma. For $30 you be the judge!

I have been to a lot of pizza places around the U.S. and I am always on the search for a new place to be the next best pizza joint on my list. I recently heard a bunch of hype about this pizza place downtown Puyallup, that I had never before heard of before, Trackside Pizza. I decided to give it a whirl and I have got to say, this is probably the worst pizza place I have ever been to. I am not kidding when I say this pizza was horrible. The server was rude and didnt give our party the time of day (thats why I didnt tip, if you were wondering, hun!); we were one of the only tables occupied. I do not plan on ever coming back, and I am warning you, do not waste your time here. Instead, go to Abellas Pizzeria in Tacoma...this is the best pizza experience I have had in western Washington.

Its a Tuesday so I assumed I would get quick time and hot fresh pizza. Unfortunately I got luke warm not so fresh pizza after 1 1/2 hours after I ordered. I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza with pepperoni and the flavor was good but the chicken was dry and wasnt enough BBQ sauce so unless dip every bite in sauce it makes you very thirsty. I also had an Alfredo chicken and it was good in flavor and the pizza had enough sauce but they used the same dry chicken. The bread sticks were very good (almost cold by time i got them but still good) but a bit pricy for the amount they give. I would try one more time from them but if same then Ill leave my review if improved or better Ill update my review. But so far not worth buying from for price, wait, and freshness

Ive been here quite a few times and had quite posative experiences with the food and servers. My only huge complaint is the hanging flood lighting above the tables. Fixtures are too high above the table and lamp far too bright. A lighting expert needs to drop by and yank the fixtures and install a little softer well thought out lighting. Please view photo in the gallery. Update. They do not serve COKE. However Pepsi in a plastic bottle is available and some very strange off brand cola named Stubborn. Absolutely horrible. Im guessing the owner assumed the profit was better. Sample first. I did and almost gagged on Stubborn. Pizza and Coke are a best match. Hint.

The price is very high and the quality is ok. In my opinion its overpriced by 40%. We have gone there many times for the lunch buffet and they are very slow to bring pizza out. They do not allow you to go to the counter and get your own pizza like all the other traditional buffets. Yes, it’s always been fresh but they take a long time to get it to you. Plan on spending one hour to get full. For both lunch and dinner service has consistently been poor. At least nine of us have not eaten there in a very long time. Many more and better options in Puyallup.

In the past we used to get a good quality pizza from this place. As of late the quality has slipped tremendously. We seem to keep giving them a second chance with hopes the last time was a fluke. But now it is apparent they no longer value quality, yet they still charge you for what youd expect to be a gourmet pizza. Save the money and go to dominos, they at least have standards on how long to cook a pizza. If you call the manager and tell them your pizza was undercooked shell just apologize and say it wont happen again, but it will.

My boyfriend and I went here one afternoon to try the so called wonderful pizza. However, we were very disappointed. This pizza is very overpriced and the service was not up to par. The waitress barely came to say hello and didnt even ask us how our pizza was during our meal. Ive come to the conclusion that we couldve bought a frozen pizza from the grocery store and it probably wouldve tasted better. If you want excellent service and fantastic pizza at a great price, go to ABELLAs in TACOMA off of PACIFIC AVE!!

This is honestly some of the best pizza I have ever had. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but it is always made to perfection. At times it does seem to take a bit long to get your order but that is probably because they are always so busy. TOTALLY worth the wait. I have to say that the two reviewers who gave this place one star are either crazy or work for Abellas in tacoma, which they both mentioned. If youre up for hot, delicious gourmet pizza and some cold beer, this is the place to go.

not impressed! Ordered wings to start those were fine, then came the pizza which was nothing special but good. What really upset me is my fiancée and I were one of 2 tables and to start it was just us, the waitress Kristin literally threw his sandwich and the pizza on the table and turn and ran off to answer a phone call, no joke at LEAST 6 other employees standing around. My bill came to $42. I only ate 2 slices of pizza and we left! Waist of time and money.
