Pizza was sub par. Largest slice of a Super Supreme Pizza had 3 small pieces of beef, 2 thin ham slices, 3 cuts of bell pepper, 1 pepperoni, 1 slice of a small onion (biggest piece there). The thin crust had a plastic texture, the cheese was very thin, red sauce could be seen. The service was great, carryout order ready on time and the person helping me was extremely polite/efficient. My large super supreme pizza did not seem supreme, let alone super. One positive is less carbs. But it was inexpensive, $10.33 with coupon. Edit: wanted to add my carryout order was before lunch. People may have better pizzas with orders later in the day.

Not a great Pizza Hut... they dont honor most of the national promotions, and their service is typically slow. For example, if you order online, it typically takes them an extra 10-15 minutes to have your pizza ready for pickup, compared to the online pickup time. Delivery is typically 60-90 minutes and only lukewarm when you get it. Beyond that, quality seems to be normal for a Pizza Hut - that is to say, you know what youre getting for the food, and its nothing to write home about.

This will be my last time to order here. Delivery driver is very rude, instructions was to use doorbell or call. Knocking at the door as hard as he could, talking to the phone with someone while delivering to a customer is not good at all too. They should train their delivery drivers how to follow instructions and not to be on the phone while with the customer.

I called here after hanging up with the rude person at the one on Geary. The gentleman that answered my call offered the specials right away, he was polite, and helpful in answering questions while maintaining a courteous demeanor. Thats what I call great customer service!

Dont order this pizza never, the deliveries times are so long and they charged you for so many things that is B.S . also its so overprice and the pizzas are so small so i suggest you people go somewhere else where you can get a better service.

The pizza was disgusting. Oily greasy cheese - and not the normal cheese you get on a pizza but some nasty unnaturally orange gross cheese (most likely cheap), crust was burnt, dough was chewy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!

I asked to order for delivery to the Filmore area and the girl said "ohh sorry we dont delivery that far " it shouldnt matter what area youre delivering to as long as its in San Francisco !!! Terrible service

The pizza is OK, nothing special about it. But the price point for the pizza is so high. When you order they also include all these "extra" charges not included in the posted price. Delivery is slow.

They make their Pizzas on time. The taste of the pizza stays pretty consistent. Ive ordered to go, and many times it was always ready after 15 minutes. Pretty good pizza.
