So... just like another review I have read for this location, I too have gotten food poisoning from eating their pizza. Only once though (technically), but I can also recall another time when I felt very nauseous the day after eating pizza from this Pizza Hut. Tonight when I ordered, the pizza wasnt FREEZING cold but it also wasnt very hot either.. the wings in the box (with the exception of ONE) had NO SAUCE ON THEM! Sauce only covered ONE of the eight piece boneless wing order I received. On top of that they werent hot also. On top of THAT, as I bit into two of the not-asked-for naked wings, they were HARD. Might I remind you that I order boneLESS, yet the meat was hard asf so I might as well had ordered bone-in & naked wings if this was just going to happen. So so so disappointing. I really love Pizza Hut and all their products and flavors, me and my family have been ordering from this franchise for years. But this is just sad and gross. Im also going to add that whenever my mother has ordered from this same location, she has had to call on MANY occasions about messed up food as well. Eventually she started doing carry out just so that she could be there when she got her food and be able to check it and let them know if theres anything wrong... which there usually is.. I tried to contact this place tonight on not just my phone (at first I thought I had bad service) but on my boyfriends too and both calls did not go through. Like uhm...?? We ordered through the app but what if we wanted to call it in? Wouldnt have been able to along with not being able to call in this complaint because THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. Could be on purpose (because they dont want to hear these complaints they must often get from dissatisfied customers, I am assuming), could not be. I will never know. I hope the manager will come accross my criticism along with all the other ones, and decide to do something about this. Not happy at all.

DONT ANSWER PHONE CALLS. I have tried on three seperate occasions to call in to this location (since it is closest to where I live), and they havent picked up ONCE. I dont just give up after one call, I understand you may be swamped with customers at the time, but after 6 calls? The computer promptu while youre on hold states "Did you know Pizza Hut representatives answer the phone in less than a minute!" Absolute bull. Tonight I was calling in to place an order for about 45 minutes, and ended up getting tired of no answer and driving in. When I arrived at Pizza Hut there was one older gentleman finishing up his order. This was later in the evening so I assumed they mustve been busy, right? Wrong. It was okay customer service at the counter, but a wicked long waiting time. Took 45 minutes for a single large cheese pizza. JUST ONE. Every single customer with an online order walked in, and walked right back out of the store with their pizza. I wouldve done this if I had known there was nothing at home left for me to eat, but on short notice I was hoping to call in in advance for a carryout or delivery. Apparently calls arent important at ALL, as literally every single call was ignored by the front worker. Im not sure if it is just a bad worker, but absolutely every call was ignored. There was no reason either! The kid was dilly-dallying with a marker and even walked away from the counter to count sodas (which were plentifully stocked) or to look at the pizzas in the warmer! Nothing more important than a paying customer. I counted at least 11 calls ignored. Which was even worse was that I made solid eye contact with the kid working the front counter as he ignored the phone, while making an "are you gonna get that?" face. Youre a pizza place, answer the phone at least once. Basically, dont expect them to be there for last minute dinner,or for them to pick up the phone

If you order from here, Id wait an extra 10+ minutes past the pick-up time they give you. On 2 separate occasions, Ive gone in for my order and had to wait, the most recent I had to wait 45 minutes past when i was told my order would be done. On this most recent incident, I placed an online order and got my confirmation that my order would be ready in 20 minutes, so thats when we showed up. The lobby was full of people waiting for their order, and we were told itd be another 30 minutes. 3 different waves of people came in and out before I got my order, which had been sitting for 15 minutes before I got it (even though I was waiting inside). I understand that we ordered at a busy time (Friday night), but they should have updated their website to reflect the increase in wait time and I should have had my order called as soon as it was ready and not when i asked about it. Since this wasnt my first experience like this at this location, i dont think Ill be returning - these inconveniences are too much to deal with for mediocre pizza.

Horrible casi 2 horas esperando aparte compre 2 pizzas y alitas en especial con mi tarjeta y en el teléfono no me dieron el total de precio, y cuando llegaron a la casa me cobraron $53 dlls y estaban frias ,llame para reclamar y el tipo se puso a gritarme y me dijo que si no me gustaba el precio que no volviera a comprar hay . Horrible pésimos empleados y horrible trato. Que trizte . Necesitan nuevo mánager no puedes quejarte .

I ordered online it said order would be ready around 15min. I arrived and finished paying at 20min after ordering. I stepped to the side and saw that my order had just finished on the back counter it was placed to the side, then the employees just went about their business getting other orders taking care of I stood there for a few minutes making sure to make eye contact with everyone I could that was in the back. I then sat down and waited on other 10 min, then finally they brought up my order...NEVER GOING BACK TO THE GRAHAM OR PUYALLUP ONE WITCH EVER THEY WANT TO CALL IT BECAUSE IT SAYS PUYALLUP ONLINE AND GRAHAM ON THE RIECIT!!!

If i could put zero stars i would. This is the worst pizza hut ive had to deal with in my entire life. They screw up my order every single time. Whenever i try to call to them the phone is never answered and when it finally does get picked up its hung up immediately before anyone even says hello. Ive called customer service numerous times about this particular store and nothing ever comes of it. On several occasions my food has arrived cold, missing items, or missing ingredients. Do not order from here

Very disappointing customer service- found a coupon under their site with their location highlighted for wings- didnt give me an option to pay by card and when I called in to order they said because I was calling in they would not honor that deal I needed to pay cash. Was going to be my first order to pizzahut and now I guess my last attempted order! Best part- when I was put on hold to speak to someone else they hung up on me...
