I recently went to Chipotle and realized that I had forgot my wallet. I was no where near my house and was grabbing dinner on the way to my kids baseball game. Anna, Lexi and Brittney were working and were so helpful! Not only were they understanding but they were willing to pay for my meal out of their own pockets. I thanked them but knew I was ordering for my whole family so I declined. As I was trying to figure out what to do, they let me know about the chipotle app which lets you order online and pay through the app... this allowed my husband to pay for our meal! These ladies are the best! I am so grateful for their kindness and help. Thank you for making what could have been a bad experience a good one!

Consistently has the friendliest staff, across the board. Its rare to frequent a place where everyone you meet is at least very polite. Everyone else Ive met is engaging and courteous (and generous with their servings, which is always nice). Everyone is always pleasant to interact with, which is a rare thing to see at a chain restaurant /fast food place. I could cite many instances of employees just being genuinely good people, but suffice it to say, its a great place for guacamole.

Cant decide which was worse, the cold food or the cold personality asking me what I wanted like she was a lunch lady from a bad movie. I called the manager and asked if the tacos were supposed to be cold. He said it happens because the sauces are so cold, no sorry I dont fall for that. Everything was the same temperature, Luke warm to cold at best. Wont be returning, regret I even went here.

This place was dirty. By far the worst Chipotle I have been to. Could not believe how filthy the floor was. Usually I dont pay much attention, but you couldnt help but notice. Food was ok, but the chips were stale. First time having stale chips at a Chipotle. Would have given 1 star but the staff was very nice.

The staff is friendly and always ready to help! I have a gluten allergy and they are meticulous about washing their hands and changing gloves before preparing my food. I havent been to a Chipotle where the staff was this great! We visit here weekly because of the service and quality of food!

This is the first Chipotle where I have visited and the burrito was miniature. They have huge tortes for a reason. They make them small so I suggest going to a different one if you like the traditional burritos that use the whole torte. I was very disappointed with my order here.

Compared to other locations it is just ok. Not as busy as most, but the staff seems to have a hard time moving the line and timing the availability of ingredients. My last bowl had burnt chicken and veggies.

Good service and generous portions. The tomato and greens were fresh. The shredded beef was a bit salty, but other than that it was acceptable. Keto friendly stuff available. Good for fast food.

There is this girl with gauged ears here. Super positive, always welcomes you. Just awesome. Shes a contagious kind of positive and if the burrito doesnt improve your day, her attitude will.
