Quantity over quality. I did not see what others saw in this place for I was not impressed with the food or service. I ordered the $20 steak fajitas and though it was a large plate, I did not think it was very good - on the dry salty side - and on the menu it said it was spicy, but this gringo did not think so. Also, the service was slow and poor. I wanted to try their flan made in-house, but never got the opportunity. The only thing the server got to us quickly was our check and never asked if we wanted anything else.

horrible food. NO flavor. rice and beans bad.. who can screw up rice and beans? rice was not mexican rice. Food tasted old. Server was either stoned or just plain out of his mind. Tables left dirty and unbusted.. at least 4 tables still had dirty dishes on them the whole time I was there. Would not recommend or EVER go back.

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Ukiah. Their Aztec pizza is fantastic. The portion sizes are very large, the service is great, and the prices are good. They have a good selection of beverages to go with your meal. When I have friends or family visit from out of town this is where you usually go for dinner.

This is probably the best Mexican restaurant Ive ever been to. The food is delicious and consistent. The only complaint I would ever have is that the daytime servers are a bit distracted and miss the details. Other than that I would definitely recommend El Azteca to anyone looking for authentic Mexican food.

They said its unusual to wait this long but waiting for three dinners for an hour and there are only three tables used is ridiculous. Had to ask for water after half hour of waiting. Lousy service this time, May try again at a different time, maybe if they are empty.

One of the best spots in Ukiah. Food rocks, drinks are generous and I like the service and authentic feel of the place. The location could be better, but this place is a Ukiah institution and the spot is part of the local "charm"

OK, but could be better for the price. The salsa looked like it had been sitting there for days. The chips were fairly fresh. The meal was average at best and the price was kind of high.

Good food. However, most of the prices went up by 10-20% and dinners no longer come with the salad...salad is now $2.50 extra. Will not go back as food is not worth the increase.

Great quick stop. I got a chicken tostada (and had rice and beans added under the chicken and lettuce) it was a perfect portion. The chips and salsa were super good too.
