Absolutely horrible. They messed up my meal after asking three times if everything was correct, i drive 30 miles back home for my to find half my food not there call back immediately tell them id be in there to get what i was owed after being promised they would comp my WHOLE meal. I get there the next day a different work crew was there i explained to the person at the counter what happened and after being told they were training a girl who orginally messed up my order only to find out they didnt even write down my info about the messed up order in the first place they didnt comp my meal at all and i got sick from the rice and beans they gave me im reporting them to the better business bureau for food poisoning they are rude and lie like crazy DONT EAT THERE

Muchas is pretty much a crapshoot. And this is coming from me whos eaten there on a close to frequent basis. Sometimes its decent, but other times, it is plain crap. Yesterday I got the beef tacos at 1 in the morning, and what I got were two beef hard tacos whos tortillas had been burnt and looked sickly brown. I went to the counter to ask them if theyre supposed to look that way and to tell them that they taste burnt. All they said was that they fried them in old oil, and didnt offer to replace them with new ones or refund my money. They were inedible. And the chicken tacos I got along with them had perfectly fine fried tortillas. They suck so much sometimes.

If itd let me post with NO STARS, I WOULD. DO NOT ORDER THE HUEVOS RANCHEROS. Asked for the breakfast, got the full meal, consisted of one VERY hard fried egg that was brown/green and slimy on the bottom SLATHERED in tomato and onion (maybe so you wouldnt miss the fact there was NO anaheim, pablano or ANYOTHER CHILI ON EARTH in it) and when I called to talk to the manager, the person who answered asked who was calling. When I said "a CUSTOMER" he says, oh, how can I help you?....afraid to admit first off you ARE the manager???? GREAT customer service....NOT. Ill NOT EVER go there again. THEY SUCK BIG TIME!

The food is okay. Not great, but not horrible. Theyre prices seem to change based on whoever is working. The restaurant is super GROSS. Theres always flies and mosquitoes, and dead bugs. The tables are always dirty. The windows are cracked. Like seriously, they get so much business here. Why hasnt any of that money been used to improve the building??? And the bathroom??? Bleh!!! So disgusting. And you have to walk OUTSIDE to get to it! And dont even think about going here on a Friday or Saturday night! Theres drunk idiots everywhere, and you will wait in line or in the drive-thru for at least 20 minutes!

I ordered a burrito, that on the menu, it said it has potatoes, beans and rice, along with other ingredients. After a few bites I noticed it lacking the ingredients that were listed on the menu. No beans, rice or potatoes. So I asked them about it and the workers response was "you didnt order it that way." To which I replied "i ordered that burrito right there that says it has potatoes beans and rice" he says "yes, But you have to ask for them" Thats it. No other solution. Are you for real? Why put the ingredients on the menu, if it doesnt come with them?

The worst drive thru experience ever. Every time I said one item the lady on the mic would screech "is that all?" Giving me no time to start the next item. After I paid she parked us.. 98 degrees today... she continued to park the next 3 cars and keep taking orders. After 15 minutes she came outside and gave the cat who came after us his order... I went inside to ask for my money back and they just completely ignored me. Finally she walked pay me worth my I order and I took our from her. They still left food out. Terrible, terrible management.

For three weeks now there has been an un-announced price increase when we reach the payment window. The prices charged are not shown on any of their signage or menu handouts. When we get to the window they announce that prices have gone up and charge 50 cents to a dollar more per item than prices on their signs. Pennies that should be given in change they keep giving the excuse that they are out of change. The un-posted price increases and change thing happens at the Newberg and McMinnville stores. The food is good, business practices stink!

Ignore the negative reviews, Muchas is phenomenal every time. The Carne asada and Oregon burritos are my go-tos, and horchata is my drink of choice. And the free spiced carrots inside are an underrated aspect of dining in. Top it all off with their salsa Verde and you have a great experience every time, for an amazing price.

Sweet Temptation

Super nachos is what i order everytime i come here. I love that i can sit in my 1 person booth,relax and read my book while eatting slowly and i dont get bugged by wait staff. Thank you Muchos for my quiet time and excellent food.

Sometimes better than others, but overall the food is delicious. Seems like the bathroom is out of commission a lot... and now they keep it locked and you have to have an employee unlock it for you. LOVE the veggies!

Its Mexican fast food, slight more authentic than Taco Bell. Good burritos. They have one vegan and one vegetarian selection each. You can order off menu, but the order is often incorrect.
