While we really like Round Tables pizza, we were seriously dissapointed with this location. First off they do not offer free refills! Really - everywhere these days offers free refils! And if i am paying 19.60 for one large pizza I am certain they can afford to offer refills. Secondly we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. We ordered at 6:01. Somewhere around 6:40, haveing long finished our drinks and not willing to pay full price for another we decided wed had enough of the restaurant and changed our order to take out. Another fifteen minutes later they finally called our order. Sadly I didnt realize untill after we drove away that we did not get either ranch dipping sauces, though they clearly showed up on the receipt. We will never go back and do NOT recommend!

I had called in an order for myself and fellow co-workers, had called it in a little after 11am, and was told that they dont open till noon but still take phone orders, i placed my order, and was told that my pizza would be ready by 12:15, 12:20. when I showed up at 12:20, i was told that i was going to have to wait another 15 minutes, because they havent even started to make my pizza. so as i sat there and waited, I watched other customers come in and say that they called in an order and was able to walk out with theirs ready to go. Now, why did MY order not get made like everyone elses did, and I had asked them why I had to wait and they told me that it was because they had to make the dough. REALLY?????!!!!!!!

Over priced. Pizza is OK at best. Nothing special. No drink refills is the worst. Honestly this is the only place that does not do drink refills on fountain drinks. They should just serve can drinks out of a cooler so it can be as cheaply done as they do it. Salad bar is sad. Unfortunately in Ukiah there is not a really huge selection of good pizza. Its all mediocre at best. Those that do taste good are WAY over priced. Honestly with the methods that they do business and what you get for your money, I am surprised this place is still in business at all. Check out other places before wasting your time with this place. It would be worth your time.

I called an made an order for 3 medium pizzas, they said it would take 20 minutes. Showed up 20 minutes later and paid $70 for my food. After waiting another 20 minutes I asked the short girl with dark hair if she called my name and she rudely said no. 10 minutes later she said that only two of my pizzas were ready and the third one wasnt even started yet. She offered me a free drink or salad while a wait, but thats not enough. My third pizza should have been free because I had to sit and wait with two pizzas getting cold while my third one was hopefully being prepared. Another 20 minute wait. Overpriced pizza for sh*tty service.

Still one of the best pizzas in town, this place does quite a bit of business. A big negative for them is that they dont deliver and their location is too small for their customer base. The food stays consistently good given the franchise formula. Ive had a few mixed up orders and some long wait times on busy night but the staff do work on their customer service which at times can be quite good. Prices can be a bit high but it seems prices are going up everywhere these days.

I hater it, as. Roundtable finatic I love it and I have eating at many different locations, this is the wosrt! I got a mini pizza lunch combo, the salad bar is a joke, Roundtable has the best salad bar in the world , this one didnt I waited 30 minutes + when I asked if they did refills the lady behind the counter I could not even hear nor understand, never recommend coming here !

So I called and ordered a pizza and I also asked if they accepted DEBIT cards, they responded with a yes. 40 minutes later I show up and try to pay using a debit card and the cashiers response was "oh we only take credit cards". Customer service was definitely unacceptable. New pizza businesses needed.

Had to stand at counter for 10 min before being waited on. Then the girl that was on the counter who was wearing gloves handling money went straight over and started handling food without changing gloves. When ask to put clean on they had an attitude.

They are rude and not helpful . They do not care about customer service. They are over priced to begin with and the service is not worth it. The pizza is my least favorite in ukiah and thanks to this last experience will never order there again .

We ordered a pretty specific pie (my aunt is picky) and they didnt get it quite right... I went up to order her a personal pan so she could eat, and they made it for us for free, even though I was willing to pay for one. Very much appreciated!

If you want to wait forever for a pizza with hardly any flavor (King Arthur) and pay an exorbitant amount for it, if you want soda that is watered down, and if you want to be over charged for the mediocre salad bar, this place is for you.

Well today we decided to have pizza. Because my 3yr son loves pizza, I called an order pizza at 5:pm, its now 7:30 and my sisters are still waiting along with another customer for their pizza to be done.

Round a Table is a well-known establishment. A lot of people like to go to somewhere theyre familiar with. Its also kid friendly and they do sell beer.
