I showed up about 9pm no line at all. Elizabeth was making a giant quesadilla for herself or her and her co worker Salem it seems. I proceded to wait without a line almost 8 minutes while Elizabeth shoveled 5 scoop spoon fulls of chicken spread out evenly and perfectly on her tortilla then cover in a huge amount of cheese and placed on the toaster at which time Salem the cashier told Elizabeth she would watch the giant meal on the toaster while she took my order. Finally Elizabeth took my order. When I told her I wanted chicken and steak she proceeded to inform me that would cost up to $4 extra, although she didnt know the exact cost, after I asked her how much extra she had no idea the actual amount. When it came time to pay I asked why did I need to wait so long to order? Salem infomed me they were making a quesadilla for an employee in the back. When I said I should report there unprofessional behavior to the corporate office she didnt give a care and told me there corporate office is in Sacramento. I guess the huge free quesadilla with 5 scoops of meat are much more important than paying customers. Way to go Chipotle ruining my favorite place with the clowns you hired in Ukiah Ca. Also no name tags? And thats policy? Okay? This was a very demeaning insulting experience. Felt like I was intruding on there personal time and space rather than being a valued customer. Went to Ukiah Chipotle this Wednesday evening at about 6:15 PM ... on my way home from work and my wife says "pick something up at Chipotle" - Well ... this will be my first visit at the new Chipotle in Ukiah. So ... I order a Carnitas Burrito with pinto beans, rice etc ... and get to the register to pay. Open my wallet and NO CARD ...! - I say to the nice young lady at the register "my wife must have my card, and I have no cash" - I reached for my cell phone to call my wife come down with bank card. The nice young lady at register say "nahhh ... know what ... Im gonna comp this meal for you, I believe your story, and its raining out your wife dont have to drive here ... dinner is on Chipotle for you tonight" The burrity was GREAT ... and I will go back again and again ... The worst ever stood in line for 45 min before even getting help then when I got my food it was cold like it just came out the fridge I also asked for my food to b for here and they bagged to to go. all employees seem to be more worried bout talking to friends and goofing off than serving customers. It seems most of them dont know what to do. If they werent properly trained or if the store wasnt ready to open than it shouldnt have..I will never come back to this location and will let others know to stay away. I give them a negative 5 stars so displeased I wont ever five them a one star.. This is the new location in Ukiah CA. Thanks for a crappy experience.

Warning about review scores, Chipotle has been known to pay for score. Disgusting serving habits after reporting to manager once and being offered free meal for hush. Caught a employee wiping her nose with her hand and continued prepare food. Then another employees saw her do this said and did nothing and I was pissed. Left without food. Third time. They do not care. Worst Chipotle I have been too, wish I could train their staff on food health and safety myself. Morons.

Great food, and amazing service. Huge meals at a great price, and the people behind the counter are always happy and smiling. Reading through all these nasty reviews makes me laugh, anyone behind a keyboard can say something nasty and claim it to be truth. Do not believe these bad reviews, go see for yourself, it is worth the trip. Great food, made by happy people.

0 stars my tortilla was soggier then a sponge the meat was over marinated and one of my friends puked right after eating their burrito.. the girls were nice the men were rude and had no customer service experience. never again will we be back!

Love the consistent offerings; love the brown rice & tofu option; love that I can get 4 different salsas plus 3 hot sauce options. Love how piled high my burrito bowl is. The only thing I didnt love was the $10 price tag.

I love the flavor and convenience. I was disappointed by gristle in the chicken on my last two visits and today the guacamole had two chunks of avocado peel. You guys can do better.
