Over the years the quality of the food has dropped at this Dairy Queen location. The grilled cheese sandwich is usually served with cold, hardened cheese and the chicken strip basket involves chicken that is typically cold, the fries are cold and hard and while the toast is supposed to be Texas toast, Ive received regular toasted bread in place of it. I understand running out of a product on an unusually busy day, but letting the customer know is the better way to handle the situation. The store is busy most of the time since it is the only one in the Santa Clara area, so it is slower during the busier times. Love the ice cream products but the hot food has not been up to par.

After waiting in line for a while, I pulled up to get my Hawaiian Blizzard. The person handed it to me, and the side was oozing with ice cream since they had to overfill the top as they seem to always. When I got home to taste it, it was almost entirely nuts and ice cream. There was no fruit or coconut. When I called to let them know, I did not receive an apology.

fries disappointed and so did the chicken strips, not sure why the quality has gone down so much over time, but unfortunately it has. fries tasted like they had been sitting there for a very long time just keeping warm. tasteless. and the chicken strips were dry and also seemed like they had sat there for a while.

I had to repeat my order three times and they still gave me the wrong item. The cashier didnt confirm my order. Needless to say I was grossly disappointed when I realized I got the royal Reeses blizzard instead of the brownie one. Waste of money and I will not return to this dq.

Burger had to be remade three times, resulting in a much longer wait for our food. The double burger I ordered was still incorrect. Staff was pleasant enough, but should be trained better.

Extremely difficult to get into and out of and the service isnt bad or good. However, like all Dairy Queens, the food is great. Very much a 3 to 3.5 star location.
