The worse taco bell Ive ever visited. Got nauseas after eating the horrible food. The food was so sloppy, greasy as heck and nasty. I was scared to eat it, which im glad i didnt. We all got sick after a couple hours. Too many people working their standing around doing nothing. Too many teens working their not wanting to do their job. I will never come back. They need some older generations in there. Im appalled at this taco bell. Plus the wait is a joke. Theres other things I refuse to post publicly that I can say about this place but I wont. It isnt nice. Just from what I said is enough info. Anyways something needs to change or no ones going to want to come back. Its sad to see such a great fast food place get such bad reviews. Especially when a renovation was just recently done. Seems nothing came out of it. *update* I finally decided to go back and it was packed. I decided to do a walk in knowing the history of being in line so long. I went in to a guy at the register smiling and trying to get the attention of someone and he sticks his hands in the air frustrated and touching the menu over his head and just like hello no ones listening to me. So I look into the kitchen and as usual it was a gigantic mess. Always is. It seems like no one literally ever cleans the kitchen or dumps the trash thats always always overflowing. Its next to the stations and I cant imagine if it spills into the prep area or onto the stove. Itd cause a fire and its just unsanitary. Also not enough workers. Because of atleast 10 people waiting for food or in line. I walked in 2 mins and walked out asap. I was not eating at that place once again. I wanted to give it a chance. No thank u. Probably never again unless km in newberg. I love them. Not mcminnville one. By now you think theyd do something about this location. I honestly dont think they care about this location enough to do anything about it.

I wish I could leave no stars, but apparently one is the worst I can do. Ive been going to this Taco Bell infrequently for over 20 years. It just keeps getting worse. Theyre notoriously slow. I absolutely will NOT use the drive thru unless there is no one else in front of me, because youre trapped there. One time I was stuck in their drive thru hell for over an HOUR. Today I thought Id try them again, but its the last time. I ordered a 5 layer burrito, but without meat (because their meat is repulsive), and wanted to add onions. They were going to charge extra for the onions! No discount, of course, for leaving off the most expensive ingredient, though. I decided to go make a sandwich instead. Goodbye, McMinnville Taco Bell!

I really dislike this taco bell! You would think after they just had a makeover that they would update the employees as well... NOT THE CASE! I just waited in the drive thru for 47 minutes till I even got to the window. The guy in the drive thru opens the window and I told him that I have been waiting for 47 minutes, he literally looks at me and says "uh huh been crazy".... gives me my card back and closes the window.. SERIOUSLY!!!! Ya that is wonderful service... The clock finally stopped when he opened the window at 53 minutes handed me my bag of food and says "here you go", then closes the window again.....THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE and doesnt even deserve a 1 star rating but thats the lowest rating for Google.

Zero stars!!!!! Wish I could upload a picture of my reciept!!! 1 nachos Belgrande 3.89 and a drink $1 because I was happy hour.... Order was taken at 3:49pm at 4:10pm (after standing at the counter for 5 minutes) I finally asked them if I could have my money back... They said we dont do refunds....what you do do refunds.... Umm I paid you for food and I dont have it...and now i dont want it...they have me cinnabon delights 2 of them and a cinnamon twist.... Ummm seriously is that supposed to make me feel better? I waisted 35 minutes of my lunch time for $4 worth of food.... I will never be back to this location EVER! And Im not the only Im happy customer the 2 ladies in front of me left very upset.

They are terrible here! I have never come across a taco bell with such terrible standards. The floor in the kitchen is covered in food, boxes, towels, containers. They are under staffed, they are often missing items on the menu. They substituted tostada shells for flour on the mexican pizza and when I called about it, they stated they ran out of the other. I told them it was their place to inform me that I was ordering something other than what I ordered and they just blamed each other. It is terribly slow. I will not be going back here again. Taco Bell will be saved for out of town visits, not when I am home.

I got great service today from a manager. I love extra red sauce on my burritos. It seems like I pay for extra red sauce but dont get it. He took the time to explain to me that wrapping a burrito with so much sauce is really impossible and they get rated on the "cleanliness" of their wrapping. He said that I can order sides of red sauce and put on my burrito that way. For today he did not charge me extra for extra red sauce and used a larger flour tortilla to accommodate the extra red sauce. I must say, THAT is going the extra mile for an order under 3 bucks! What a nice experience!

I have been sitting in this drive thru for an hour now. I am still sitting here, stuck in this drive thru with no way out. My friends have sat here for 2 hours before, stuck just like I am. This is ridiculous. Absolutely outrageous. I dont understand why suddenly with a new building everything got worse. Please fix the issue. Its been going on since you reopened, and we are all tired of it. I thought it was just the new opening rush, but its not. Please fix this and I will change my review. #pleasesendhelp #trapped #notworthit #abortmission

(Revising my former rating of one star. They are starting to get it under control. Wishing them the best!) We love taco Bell and were regulars at this location until they changed ownership a little while ago. They are slower than a regular restaurant now. Expect a 30 minute wait even during slow times! I am sorry but thats not fast food! And weve been gracious. We tried 3 times over several weeks to give them time to get their ducks in a row. Total fail! Sorry!

The slowest drive-thru I have ever been in. Ever!!! 50 minutes for the wrong order while I watched the staff lock the doors, close the dining area and sit down. Just very angry customers stuck in the drive-thru with no way out. We called from our cell and asked if we could just have someone come out, and let us leave the line...and the answer was no. Horrible customer service. To add insult to injury, the order was wrong. Never, ever will we go there again.

Service is terrible at this location if you want food dont expect to wait any less than 45 mins or more in the drive thru. If you plan on saving time by going in the store instead good luck that wont help either. Im not sure what the major problem with this location is but serious re training of staff seems like a good start. With the amount of time I waited I could have gone to a sit down Mexican restaurant and had a way better experience.
