I really think its the best place in the world! First- grand choice, too many kinds of fish, crabs, shells. Cabbage, potato, sushi, candies- all you need to fuel yourself up. I never seen before such a grandiose options for such a good price. Only i dont`t like that some sushi and shells not so tasty (but anyway better than in most places in SF)- they cooked in a very simple way, sometimes too much onion, or shells itself probably not hight quality. And serious trouble that is difficult to stop trying dishes there- that only the reason why i not eat there daily. (i not like to get extra pounds) Personal mostly friendly -not annoying , smiling in natural manner, (often fake smiles of waiters make me feel sick-but not here!) nobody makes mistakes, nobody rude. I recommend this place for all my friends on Facebook too-with pictures.

I go into places with bad reviews usually thinking the previous reviews caught the restaurant on a bad day or they exaggerated, sadly it was not so with this place. The food quality, well that cannot be judged because, even though arriving 30 mins before closing time half of their menu was gone. My family walked into a half empty buffet. The service. Now whilst I understand it was near closing time, I find it unacceptable for workers to be anything but polite. Not to mention that they were sweeping and vacuuming when we were still eating. The food I did manage to taste wasnt half bad and the lady in the front counter was very nice when I asked her for a couple of fortune cookies.

We went to get some ice cream and there were no more ice cream cone left...So we asked the chief if they have some more ice cream cones and some marshmallow and he went to the back kitchen but for some reason it took so long. So we asked the waiter to get us some....He did pretend to go check but he came out and said "no more". Guess what the chief came out with A BOX FULL. He was so rude, my family members got angry and not to mention it was my COUSIN BIRTHDAY!

Last night we went to eat there and i have never been to a place so dirty! food wasnt fresh and it wasnt even hot like it suppose to just little warm... Badly cooked, no variety at all and I like buffets but this one will NEVER go there again and the prices are too expensive for this kind of place...prices were $17 and the waitress when i forgot to sign the bill came back to me and i saw that she changed the tip amount by $3, can you believe that?! BEWARE!!!

This was the worst buffet I have ever been to. The food was terrible. It was $15.99 per adult, which means anyone over 9. The bathrooms look like they are from a horror movie. If there were a buffet at Alcatraz, this would still be worse. The food was mediocre. I wish I could give 0 or negative stars, but I have to give it 1 so I will. All in all, if you like over priced terrible food and like smelly dirty bathrooms this place is for you!

Finally! A comfortable and relaxed Americanized Chinese buffet in the San Francisco area. Good, but not pretentious or fancy, food; they arent too snobby to label something "chicken on a stick" if thats what it is. Eat around people who are obviously having a good time, kids playing around their tables, etc. Ive been looking for a place like this since I moved here a year ago. Left with a smile, and definitely plan to come back.

worst chinese experience ever. I never wrote reviews until I went there.Food is dry, old, with no flavors. Bananas were rotten (that pretty much told me how fresh see food was). Graffiti all over mens bathroom which are easy to remove, but management doesnt care I guess and staff look like they cant wait to get off work.

Chow mein was actually spaghetti noodles. Sushi rolls are old, rice too stale. Deep fried crab claw puffs, icky and overcooked. Cheap but also horrible food. Sorry I wasted money here. Never coming back. They dont even have steamed crab claws for lunch.

I tasted one of the foods. They are like waste from the bathroom, and most are used much cooking oil. Not fair for all of them. The bathrooms are not pleasing. The server was not good.
