Food was okay, if bland. Service was okay, even if the cashier wandered off in the middle of the transaction. She did come back. The salsa is watery and the mild version is flavorless. Chips were bland by themselves, Almost tasted stale. Not the cleanest tables - or at least theyre sticky. Not overly loud even with the windows open. Was a steady stream of customers, though it wasnt packed. Id say comfortably busy.

Good quality for scoop Mexican food. Very popular place in San FRanciscs CAstro district. I recommend keeping it simple here. NOthing that requires melting cheese or an oven. Order the grilled chicken tacos or a simple burrito. There are no shortage of taco places in the Castro. Try Zapata for yourself, then move on to one other 20 choices.

I really like this place and is probably the most budget option in the Castro. Sometimes, I wish it was open more hours. Solid taqueria. For super mild people, they are gonna be a little hotter, but you can be accommodated and use the dairy. Otherwise, they really have spicy dialed in right for different levels.

Customer service was terrible. I had been waiting for my order for a while, I go up by the cash register and the girl points at the bag. So it had been ready but no number was called and nobody tried to grab my attention. They will never get another dime from me.

This place is decent and well priced, I only gave it three stars instead of four because in general better burritos are to be had in the mission. If I lived in the Castro I would probably eat burritos from here.

With everything in SF costing a fortune, this place offers a lot of bang for your buck. A huge menu with some very unique options, its worth checking out if you need some grub!

My favorite burrito place in SF...ONE of them actually. I think of how great this place is and then I go back home to LA to Chipotle. Such a joke.

Pretty good grilled chicken super burrito. Decent Tilapia burrito. Grilled steak burrito was just ok. Salsa bar needs more options.

Best tacos and burritos at the Castro. Some innovative options like the "salmon" taco. Nice and genuine staff.

My go-to place for a quick burrito lunch. The shrimp burrito is excellent. The other meats are solid.
