Omfg im writing this as Im in line here dont come here. This is the worst chipotle ever. Everyone working here is slow and you can tell hates there life. Date is 6/3/2017, time is 9:11pm Ive been in line since 8:35pm. I. In line cause Im not from here so I cant travel anywhere else it would be to far. Store manager run your business correctly. Market manager lmk when you have the correct team/management here. I run businesses, these people would be gone in a heartbeat know your business all of you.

FOUND 7+ inch HAIR IN OUR BOWL. For whatever reason, the male server wasnt capable of giving me more than a spoonful of condiments. I asked him twice per each item to give me "a normal sized portion." It was as if I was taking his own food from him. Overall, not attentive to customers nor professional in interactions.

Worst place to eat in Richmond/Pinole/Hercules area, bad service and food. Tried this place 3 times within a year and each time my experience was worse than the last. If you are reading this then I strongly urge you to skip this place. Unless things get better, dont throw your money away.

I just dont like this location. The quality is hit and miss, stale tortillas/taco shells, if I dont watch them like a hawk when making my food then theyll thro the wrong thing in or not enough. And for what they charge thats ridiculous. The chips are great tho!

Honestly, at first I loved it. Best Mexican grill I have tasted. Now, Im guessing maybe they hired other people and when I eat it I either find really raw chicken or burnt chicken or the rice is uncooked. But the corn is really good

Always a long line till the door and is at a snail crawl to the front. You can be in line for 20 min probably more before getting to the cash register. District manager needs to analyze this for a solution.

Not my favorite Chipotle, however, the manager is excellent. They ran out of vingerette. I complained and the manager made more. I appreciate the management for being responsiveness.

$20 meal, burrito with 1/4lb extra scoop of meat, chips with a small side portion of guacamole and a small drink. I could feed a family for $20 at almost any other Mexican food spots.
