I generally love chipotle, but my family will never go back to this one. It started with watching the ice being refilled in the soda machine. The employee carefully stepped up a ladder and then walked on the counter where customers prepare their own drinks. She made no attempt to clean the counter afterward. After a long wait in a short line, dont expect friendly service. And be prepared to tell them what kind of beans you want. Unlike every other Chipotle Ive been too, all they care about is what kind of beans you want when you start at the line. If you dont answer right away, then they might suggest that you dont want beans and ask what kind of rice you want. you only get to tell them about what kind of meat you want when youre about to order your salsa. other favorite moments at the restaurant: When one employee insisted to the other that the stranger behind me in line was with me, so she should be giving feedback on what items go on my kids taco plate. When a herd of employees went out for a smoke break just ten ft outside the front door. Not all of them blocked the sidewalk though, some leaned on customer cars in the handicap space. When the herd resumed work, none of them washed up. Some just put on plastic gloves and others disappeared in the back kitchen.

This is the first time I go to this location and as soon as the employee was filling up my bowl I noticed something quite odd. I was given about 2 tablespoons of rice which i thought was really strange compared to other locations that fill up your bowl correctly, a similar pattern followed with tiny portions of salsa, meat, etc was spread across the bowl in separate sections to make it look full instead of putting it in layers. What really pissed me off is the fact that the guy in front of me had recieved a full bowl with everything put in correctly, (could be a friend of the girl employee). To make things worse, she gave me such a small amount of rice that all the toppings had nothing to go over and the juice from the bowl soaked right through the bowl and the bag creating a puddle of juice on my car seat and it got all over my hands as well. I had to go in and get an extra bag for the mess of an order I got and I didnt receive any type of apology of some kind. The girl employee didnt even bat an eye when i came back in the store carrying a wet bag. I have had great experiences at all the other locations I frequent but this locations employees (appeared to be a bunch of high school kids) were straight up horrible.

Horrible customer service at this location. We went on a very slow day and the staff were not rushed. I asked for double guacamole but the lady behind the counter told me that "we dont give extra guacamole." She was incredibly rude and I had to get my guac on the side because the lady refused to put it on my burrito. Then the lady checking us out was in a big hurry and also rather unpleasant. She forgot to include my husbands burrito in the order so he had to check out separately. She didnt ask us if we wanted drinks or any extras before taking our cards so we both forgot to get drinks, but werent about to go back and deal with the staff any longer. We will not be returning to this location.

When and there are the foods always good as usual but lacking of a changing table really set things back. I had to change my sons diaper and when asked if they had a changing table he responded "oh does he have to go?" Yeah he already went thats why hes wearing diapers and I need a changing table. Went out to my car to change his diaper lo and behold my kid takes a pee everywhere across my dashboard and passenger seat. Yeah I could have covered it with something but either way get it damn changing table Chipotle.

The food is fresh and you can definitely taste it, but sometimes, the food isnt always consistent. I tried it one time on a good day and it was delicious. Another day, I tried it and it was still good, but nothing special, certainly far from the other time.

I only come in the late afternoon, early supper time, when I have never seen a line to order. But the parking outside is usually awful because this place shares 20 or fewer tight spaces with Popeyes Fried Chicken, Starbucks and some Poke joint.

They run out of meat fast, so you have to wait sometimes. The line can be crazy some times. Only one bathroom per gender. The place is just okay overall. I would not recommend it for bathroom breaks as its usually occupied.

Food is great and theres never been a long wait any time Ive been there. Only drawback is parking. The spaces are tight and there arent many in the strip mall. Its easy to park near Target and walk over.
