Let me begin by saying that Ive never been to a Mexican eatery where you couldnt get salsa verde...or green salsa. Having said that I was told I could pay extra for the salsa Verde, but that because the cooks had to heat it up they wouldnt serve it to me. The restaurant wasnt busy...it wasnt close to closing time, and I was happy to pay extra for the service. If salsa had been the only issue I would have been content, but the server was rude and disrespectful. Never a were sorry but were not going to heat the salsa. When I explained I usually eat at the Northgate Azteca, our server told us that they are not like the other restaurant. If you want great food...and awesome service, visit the Northgate restaurant.

Tried to plan a party at this location and was told they couldnt do reservations, even for large groups. Since Im not guaranteed seating for our party and its first come first serve we decided to plan it for somewhere else. Very disappointing. The woman on the phone said they couldnt even set up our tables if I called half an hour ahead of our arrival and she had quite the attitude. It isnt good customer service to make your guests hope they can all be seated when they arrive for a party. Why should we have to waste our time showing up if they wont be able to accommodate a party of 14+ people?

I went to this restaurant for the first time to celebrate my daughters birthday. Theyre understaffed and of course customer service is horrible! I even had to tell the manager that we were ready to order because our waiter didnt have time to come and take our order. After that our food took a very long time to arrive. I asked one of the waitress to sing the happy birthday song to my daughter and her response was (in a nice way but rude) "As you can see were very busy and we dont have time to do that" Food is good but expensive. Never going back.

This is the first mexican restaurant I havent seen where they dont have the soccer game between America vs Chivas...I never imagine they dont have it....is not about the staffs but management descicion. Two stars for the crew but zero entertainment, had all my family ready to watch the game in a Mexican restaurant

Worse Azteca ever. The food was bland with no flavor and for those prices you would think it was taste ok. Any of the other Aztecas have pretty decent food. I got the fish tacos and I have say the fish tacos at taco time are way better. Thats how bad the food was. Never going back here again.

Service was great. Draft beer was great. Food was terrible. There just isnt any quality behind the ingredients. I ate beef tacos, a cheese enchilada, refried beans, and Spanish rice. The beans were the best part and I wish I could rate the place better, but I wont eat there again.

This is among the most uninspiring Mexican food. The mole and verde sauces were thin and flavorless. The margaritas overly sweet. There is nothing wrong with the food in terms of quality it is just a lack of taste. The service is good and the atmosphere is very family friendly.

Standard cookie-cutter Azteca restaurant. They stick with the same motif every other one does. The prices are a bit higher but the food is a still pretty good. When Im craving a burrito Id probably hit up Taco del Mar first but for anything else Ill go here.

This Azteca is a bit different than the rest of the Aztecas Ive been to here, but it is the biggest location I have been into and it has a nice bar. People are friendly and the food is always good, always comes out quickly!

Very friendly staff. Its nice to walk into a restaurant where the staff knows you by name and exactly what you like to order. Food is delicious and spot on with pricing. One of my favorite Mexican restaurants to dine at.
