My family n I stopped by on our way from san Jose since this place was recommended by one of the locals . Little did we know it wasn't the right place for a few out of towners. From the get to the service was horrible . We happen to get there during "happy hour" they should've said exclusions applied . We tried ordering a few imported beers that where listed on the happy hour menu n the waitress denied us the beer stating that they didn't have n e . Never once did she return to see how we were doing or to offer n e refills on our drinks we had to literally get up n find her! Talk about "great" service . She then leaves her shift and in comes another one just as indifferent the last one . Mind you were out of towners super excites to finally be here . Again we had to get up n find her n.just out of curiosity we decided to ask her for the beer we had previously asked the waitress earlier n she gladly gave it to us! At the end of our meal they had the audacity to charge us 18% gratuity fee for not once attending to our needs n making us hunt them down for there service . Talk about a great tourist adventure in sanfran. After our meal we where so bent out of shape from the experience we decided to drive back home for 8hrs just so we wouldn't have to deal with anything worst than that. So based on that I'd advise n e one who likes ok to good quality service to avoid this place besides it didn't smell all that sanitary. Sincerely southern Cali girl .

Fire whoever you just hired, the new employee working the phone st 5:20 Thursday the 26th of March. This employee sounded high in the phone, asked me to repeat my cell number 10 times before she repeated it correctly back to me and finally said they do not take card for delivery. I asked if she was sure they dont take card for delivery and this is when she tells me she is new and doesnt know how to do it so I decided to cancel my order, write you a bad review and highly suggested to her you guys get a new phone and train her better or just fire her if shes been trained. You have to love renters rights in SF that allow an establishment like this to stay in business when you know their margins are as bad as their service. Asian lady that owns this place do not email me or attempt to contact me in any way, theres nothing you can say will change my opinion of your subpar restaurant.

The food is OK but the BAD SERVICE makes up for most of this rating. They charged me on my account and then voided the transaction. My bank charged me for it and I called that same day in front of the cashier to prove to her that she in fact charged me. After listening to the approved debit she said "you should get your money in two to three days". Its now been over a week and I have called them numerous of times to fix it and they keep putting me off and saying the Cashier that helped me that day has been there for years. I dont care how long shes been there, you charged me on my card so I ended up paying with cash. My bank account has already approved it! Im really upset at their service and follow through. My order was over about $45 dollars, if it was $10 dollars or cheaper I would leave it alone but this is 45 bucks!!

on Todays day Me & my Friend end up coming to this place . I had order an 1.Chicken Teriyaki Bowl $5.99 2.Can Soda ( I never receive the can) it was poured from the can.$ 1.99 ( But I had to send it back the first time because, the soda tasted flat , then I requested another one it tasted the same way ( flat) 3..Garlic Fries ( was Crushed Garlic) $2.99 My friend order : 1.13 Piece Buffalo Dozen Wings $9.99 2. Diet Coke $1.99 ( But when he asked for another diet Coke) they didnt have it. 3.. Onion Rings $5.29 ( they had too much Grease) on them. The lady that works there was rude as he quot it ( The clientele was even worse) the Health department should closed it down for good. I would NEVER suggest this place to anymore .

Zero stars. No joke - just got over 24 hour food poisoning from this place, so at your own risk. Delivery on a lazy "cheat day" friday night and everything was disgusting. Chicken tenders - inediblely burnt, like BLACK, but soggy. Sweet potato fries were black and inedibley burnt as well. Burger well done, not to order, and soggy. The worst was Chicken gyro - soggy and gross and not even close to a gyro as sauce was some kind of icky ranch and the chicken was bare and unseasoned. This was definitely the culprit for the food poisoning as i only picked out the chicken to eat. Choose elsewhere, there are way too many yummy places in the city. Unbelievable.

A dozen mediocre wings for $9, no thanks. My friends and I had the displeasure of compromising on this dingy restaurant while we were all starving. When our food came out, we all recoiled from the greasy buffalo sauce that had started to separate. While we wouldnt have expected more, the real kick in the face was at the bill. It wasnt that they charged 15% gratuity on our party of five for their lousy service. It was that they tried to sneak it in by having no numbers on the bill except the total.

Food so so, food takes long time and comes out whenever - we ordered a sandwich with chips and fish and chips. Fish and chips came out after 25 minutes, then chips for sandwitch 5 minutes later and the sandwich another 5-7 min later, also had calamari for the appetizer, it was pretty bad (something that you would buy frozen at smart and final). It is pretty obvious that this place relies on tourists that will never comeback here, so they buy frozen food and server it.

THIS is by far the WORSE place in SF! Not only is there new ownership the worse, their food sucks and their customer services are beyond this world. They have insulted our office time and time again, and we have decided to ban them entirely! This place was a last resort for our office as we need delivery. We put up with bad food, service, terrible lousy food for long enough, wed rather starve! GOOD LUCK NY BUFFALO God knows YOU NEED IT!

Very cute place! Here we had lunch on Oct 1st and breakfast on Oct 2nd. Portions are great, food very good, the hamburger is top-class! Only one complaint, for the lunchs waitress that was not so kind. ------- Ottimo hamburger americano, posto molto tipico: cibo buono, porzioni abbondanti e maxischermi con il football sempre accesi. Ci siamo stati il 01/10/11, consigliato!

Was looking for some wings and beer. Unfortunately we found this place. Extremely poor service. Food was fair at best. Chicken tenders are cut chicken breast (pictured below). Ice tea was cloudy (pictured below). The server said it was cloudy bc it was brewed a few days ago. Really? I wouldnt frequent the resturant again.
