This was the worst experience Ive ever had a at Buffalo Wild wings we waited nearly 10 min to even be remotely egnoledged by staff we were seated had placed and order for food and waited nearly 45 minutes for the food to be brought to us when the food had arrived at our table my girlfriend and I started to eat and I asked her if her food was cold she says yes it is I asked her to try my food and she said it was cold as well. We then asked the nice man that was working and very politely told him that I dont mean to be rude sir buy our food is cold he apologized and asked if we would like it remade to go I said yes that would be great thank you sir and he walked back to the kitchen. At this point the manager lady came to the table and look right at us and said whats a matter guys a little cold tonight rudely. We answered her politely and said yes our food was cold and she asked us if we would like to still stay here and eat and I politely said no mam we will take it to go. It seemed to me like all she cared about was that we were going to stay and still spend our money at this establishment. After we had received our food the waitress asked us if we would like the check and i said yes please she brought me our check and we were charged full price for our food and given no sympathy of what we just experienced I them paid the full process for our meal and then left even when I got home the wings and my girlfriends food was sub par Im extremely pist off and never been treated like how I was treated at a restaurant ever in my entire life I will be calling the general manager in the morning. I highly recommend you stay away from this place at all costs. DONT GO HERE...........

Horrible service and they werent even busy for once. We wanted to go for a few drinks and appetizers we got our drinks finally after we had almost finished our food, he kept coming by and asking if we needed anything and again asked for our drinks and after the second time asked us what we had ordered? Im guessing 1 he either gave them to the wrong table sense we got brought food we didnt order before we even placed a food order was kinda funny... or 2 just forgot. We didnt get any of the sauces we ordered and half the wings were cold and gooey like they were sitting for a bit... normally wouldnt say much or care just sucked going there with family from out of town. And had to argue with the management because we got charged for drinks we never received because we had already finished eating and paid by the time our second drink order came out.

I went with my family on Saturday May 7th. It wasnt very busy when we came in considering there was a huge staff that day. Well 90% of the staff stood around and talked idly while 1 or 2 servers dashed about trying to keep customers happy. Our server was Ozzy. He stepped up and tool over 4 tables (including ours) that had been abandoned. He got straws for us since our original servee left is there, took our order and constantly checked on us to make sure we didnt need anything. Regardless of the fact that it was now very busy, he attended to our table very well. I love this place and I honestly love only 3 or 4 of the staff because the others are very hit or miss when it comes to service.

Im really not to sure how anyone can eat hear. The food is horrible. The chicken is rubber and very low quality. The service is absolutely horrible and dont ever try to order take out because they will mess the order up guaranteed. It must be all of the TVs that brings in such a large crowd. If you like your dog food processed then try Buffalo Wild Wings. Oh and the food sucks! The service sucks! I swear all the good reviews on this place have to be fake. Dont waste your time.

Been awhile since Ive been here and only have done take out. Still the same issues why I stopped coming for a while. Onion rings way over cooked, boneless wings are okay but most boneless wings were undercoated, only a few coated with decent coverage. No carrots, no napkins, no onion ring sauce. In a hurry to get home shouldnt have to go through everything to make sure the stuff you order is there.

I loved this establishment! I came in with gay friends and said I like trump! I was kick ed out by this female manager named Antonia. .if I spelled that correct. Then Mike came over to kick me out in front of my gay friends. I did nothing but left. Now this woman the manager says I was rude and drinking. ..... I never even had a drink thanks to these gay bashers

The bald manager today came up to our cars to take pictures as soon as we were leaving. Saying we didnt pay! Offering to call the cops on us. As soon as we head towards the building. He heads in then comes out saying "my bad". That doesnt fix the fact that you threatened to call the cops on us when we payed and you made a mistake. That really got me furious.

New later hours and an expanded happy hour menu are a couple perks of this ideally located BWW spot in Sparks. Would like to see more local brews on their generously equipped draft selection. Service is typically good, although there are a few forgetful weak links that appear during late shifts on occasion. Cant go wrong with their weekday wing specials.

Our waitress, Amanda, was super sweet and very attentive to our needs! We went during the final game of the World Series, and I was impressed that we got a table. Our take out food took quite a while to get out, which sucked, but otherwise I was a fan of how quickly they worked. I really liked the atmosphere that was going on during the game, too.

I was greeted by smiling, happy employees. My to go order (wings for hubby) was ready in about ten minutes. The woman who took my order even kindly offered me a cup of ice water while I waited. My only negative was I noticed few to no lower calorie options on their menu. The place was crowded and it was a Tuesday at about 1:30 pm. Quite popular!

Im off on disability with a bad back. They only wanted to seat me in an area with high tables and chairs. Although others were in the area with regular seating, they told me it was closed. Went in at 10, they close at 12. Place was almost empty. Give me a break.

This is a great sports bar! The staff here is great and the food is good. My only complaint is that the food always takes sooo long to come out. I wonder if theyre just trying to sell more drinks, how long can it really take to cook chicken and sauce/season it?

Ive ordered today and last Thursday. I placed my orders online and set the pick up time. Both times the orders were late and wrong. So both times I had to wait for them to correct the order.... What is going on here?
