The last 4 times Ive been in this particular KFC it has been terrible.. If you complain they look at you like you have 2 heads when in all reality they screwed up the order. My boyfriend order a simple k5 one day had 4 people behind him and they got there food first while he stood there.. Finally asked and oh someone deleted it off the screen. They never offer compensation for there over cooked food or messed up order.. I ordered a steak quasadilla with salsa and sour cream on the side nope they put it on it.. Gross! Not impressed and I think from now on Ill go to Broadway where its cleaner and food is way better..

The place was disgusting, the lady on front counter was rude and kept interrupting me while I was ordering, she dragged a filthy trash bag on the floor leaving a trail of trash and liquids behind her on the floor and never bothered to pick up the bag or clean up after herself, the places they keep the food was disgusting, theyre extremely slow, nobody knows what theyre doing, its a terrible place. It doesnt even deserve one star. Definitely dont advise people to go there. If you really want KFC drive the extra few miles and go to the one in Bangor.

People dont seem to really care about their job. Service was slow and clumsily done. No napkins given in drive-in window service and our silverware was placed inside a food container that contained sauced food, so silverware was covered in sauce and needed to be cleaned before it could be used. Although we did window service and I cannot state how the inside dining area was, I can say that the service is seemingly lacking and the buildings exterior could use some maintenance and upkeep.

Horribly rude and unprofessional workers! My husband and I stopped in to grab something to eat on our way home and it took absolutely FOREVER to get our food and they werent even busy! On top of that, our food was cold. The workers were yelling and talking about very inappropriate things, right in front of their customers. We wont be back!

The lady behind the counter was extremely rude. My family and I went in to enjoy a quick meal. When inquired about certain items on the menu due to a food allergy. She couldnt be bothered to stop playing with her finger nails and answered us as if we interrupted her with an eye roll. Will not be going back.

Usually good food, tried the new Boss Nachos, Beef. Salt flavored chips.. seriously, I do enjoy my salt from time to time, but damn guys, lay off the salt.. or whatever the chips were laying in. Saturated in salt. The smaller version, triple layer nachos is much better, and cheaper.

I just went through the drive threw at kfc/Taco Bell in Brewer and the young mans name that assisted me was Joey. Joey was so professional and polite it was crazy. I just had to write a Google review to make sure this young man is recognized for his good work. Outstanding job Joey!

Location also includes a Taco Bell. The food was was not the best Taco Bell ive ever had. The bathrooms were disgusting, stains on the walls and an unpleasant scent. Wi-Fi dosent work. and the restaurant itself needs to be cleaned more properly.

Waited 40 minutes for food. The girl at the front counter named Jahmin was completely rude. The kitchen was filthy. They ran out of chicken . They messed up our order and then took another 20 minutes to fix it. Completely unacceptable.
