Service was bad last night on Nov 28th around 10pm. Chicken came out light on the sauce and super slimy. I was grossed out by it a few bites in and almost instantly knew I made a mistake eating that chicken in the first place. Later on in the night I was woken up with a terrible stomach ache and instantly had to go to the toilet. At this point I was already super displeased with the whole expierence but, ready to go back to sleep and forget about it. Its nearly 15 hours later and my stomach is still upset causing me to make constant bathroom runs. After this experience I dont even know if I can eat at a wingstop anymore let alone this store. Just terrible.

If I had written this review when they first opened and you could give them 0 stars I would have. After not eating there again for almost ten months it was a total different experience if your lucky enough to get the better part of their staff especially TJ or one of the other managers your order will be perfect. Between 3pm and 10pm its been a 5 star everytime. I can walk in and see whos working and walk out not ordering. All in all give it a second chance could be a great meal

Great Customer Service. Food is delicious. I personally am not a fan of sweet potato anything so the fries I substitute with something else from the variety of side orders you can choose from. Prices arent ridiculous and for me personally one great little ameniti is being able to txt my order! Busy mom with 3 growing boys, something that takes 30seconds to about 2mins, depending on your order, is such a great perk to have!

If youre in the area and craving chicken wings, this is the perfect spot. Freeway close, you can come in and watch one of 4 huge tvs playing sports related content. Orders are made while you wait and dont cook until you order. Orders can be called in or ordered via the app. This one also offers beer on tap. Clean, friendly courteous staff and business.

Great place to eat. There were lots of flavors to choose from the cashier helped me pick a great meal. Way better than the wings you get at Applebees. Nice people working there. Something new and something different from the same old that Ukiah has to offer. I will definitely be back for more.

Great wings in my opinion and decent price. The wait is something you have to be prepared for though. Also they have to something about the flies. They kept bother g me during the meal. The place doesnt look dirty but there were about 4 or 5 that came to my meal frequently.

Wings are either over seasoned or under seasoned, but still tasty. Service was quick, and the staff was friendly. The soft drink machine is pretty cool too.

Worst service and food I have ever had. Hand an order to go and it was ice cold. Wings had no flavor. Save your money and go to McDonalds
