The food here is fantastic. Im pretty plain and I usually like the medium buffalo wings, but Ive recently tried a couple of other flavors and they were pretty good as well. The mango habanero wrecked my day, but that is the fault of my own weakness. In addition to just wings, Ive tried their BBQ turkey burger, mozzarella sticks, and fried pickles. I can absolutely say Ive not gotten food from BWW that wasnt good. But I prefer to get the food to go. Heres why: The online ordering is the best thing in the world. The web interface is super intuitive, and they have a separate door for take out orders. You dont even have to deal with the bustle of the front entrance at all. In addition to that, unlike most places, they check your entire order right in front of you before it goes out the door. That is, as opposed to having you drive all the way home only to realize you didnt get any ranch, or other nightmare-inducing tales. Their in-house service is a different story, though. Its hard to say whether we just got a mediocre waiter, or if they happened to be spread a bit too thin that day, or any other number of excuses. But there were these big, extended chunks of time between each time wed actually see the guy, he failed to bring us the correct sauces 3 out of 4 times, and we had empty water glasses sitting at the edge of the table for ~45 minutes until we managed to flag him down to get a refill. Its also a bit loud, but thats just a personal complaint. A lot of people like the high-energy atmosphere. But yes. Definitely will be having their food again, though it will be in my living room in a take-out box.

Update: This BWW has worked hard to improve their service and food quality. Over the last few months I have gone a number of times and the service has been fast and accurate. The food has been great and what I ordered. Hah. Updated to 5 stars. ------------- I have been to BWW nation wide and typically it is my favorite place to eat. But...this BWW is the worst I have ever been to. The service has been terrible. Bringing me the wrong food, cold fries and chicken wings, long wait times and wait staff and cooks not knowing the menu. Tony Romas was in that location before and despite the good food were never able to overcome the early reputation of poor service...and died. This BWW will go the same way if they dont fix these issues. I talked it up to my family and friends in the area, and this store is letting me down.

You want to wait over an hour to get our warm wings and then get your appetizer afterwards old cold this is your place! Tried to pay and get out of there as quickly as we could, our server didnt look our direction for the last 30 minutes. We gave our cards to another server and paid for everything (I am a server so I left 18% tip extremely regretfully). If you want a 2 hour wait for crap and pay 45$ for 2 drinks, an app and 1 entree... lets face it, you can go to Olive Garden and after 40 minutes you get your entree completely free and maybe a gift card.

Service is not as expected. People are semi friendly BUT we waited a whole your for our food and this wasnt even the busiest day Ive came in. We had to ask the server how much longer until our food was ready for her to check on it when we finally for our food two people in my party had cold food. What surprised me was that all I had ordered was an order of fries. Those still showed up an hour after we ordered. So if you are thinking of eating here...make sure you have an extra hour to wait for your food.

The service was fine, the atmosphere was okay, but the food was horrible! We got three types of wings, none of which were half as good as Wing Stop, yet more expensive. We also had a burger that was meh, and a flat bread that was basically a frozen Lean Cuisine pizza, only worse. I dont normally write reviews but I think people should know what theyre getting into and spending their money on. I have had frozen food that taste better. You could go for the beer and sports but dont waste money on the food.

Im a burger fanatic. When I visit a new restaurant I always get a burger to determine its quality. This BWW burger is a 4 out of 5 stars burger. Good flavor and good patty size. My wife and I have tried other meals here ( and to go) and have not been disappointed. What made this a 4 star and not a 5 star review for the restaurant is portion size. Weve had a couple of meals that were a little on the small side. Mainly their chicken salad and their fries. Overall a good place to eat and good value.

Really hate to give bad reviews but this place deserves one. The hostess was annoyed that we did not want to be seated between two large parties. Food was marginal at best and way overpriced. Lots of vacant tables were left uncleaned the entire time we were there. My wife and I like good wings and good environment and this place had neither. Wish I could remember our servers name cause she was the only reason we did not walk out. Thank you to the only employee in the place that seemed to care.

Been there twice and disappointed with service both times. Second was a phone order, gentleman went back to check on my order, came back to the phone and found it still sitting there, never input by the girl that very cavalierly took the order. $20+ isnt cheap for Friday night wings. BWW thrives because of atmosphere, so I would have concerns with this locations future success. Next time Ill just go grab a steak.

Wont go back. Nice staff tho. Food was cold and yucky. We had the sample platter and some wings. Onion rings were very greasy. Cheese sticks were tasty, but cold. Couldnt find the cheese on the nachos, but the pico was good. Garlic sauce on wings was gross and they were cold. The only thing I really enjoyed cold was the beer! They arent supposed to be famous for that!

While the place is still new, the atmosphere at any BWW is upbeat! Food and service is great! One thing that I didnt like was the size of the bar area. It was smaller than the other locations and didnt seem to have good service. Other than that the experience was good. BTW Megan is a crappy bartander as she is always going to the back and never at the bar.

The food was yummy as usual. But my review is 3 stars because of service. Just after 4pm I called in a pick up order for 50 minutes later. I arrived 2 minutes early to a virtually empty restaurant and waited nearly 5 minutes for someone, anyone to help me. They didnt even start my order until I arrived. If you want take-out, plan accordingly.

The waitress that seated us and got our drinks was very nice & checked on us often. Somebody else brings the food so she didnt know who ordered what & stood at the end of the table, expected us to just pass food around. Of our 8 meals, only 1 was warm. The rest were cold. The sodas $3, really? Very disappointed in a $165 bill for cold fast food.
