Had a dis-satisfying experience tonight with their service. Came in and sat in the bar, Susan was our waitress. She immediately told us we were in time for happy hour, and the special included $3.00 drafts. so we ordered our beers, waited 30plus minutes for our food, even though we were 1 in 10 people in the entire restaurant. Spent two hours in the restaurant before viewing the bill (there was only three of us). My bill was charged for far more than the happy hour price given to me at the beginning. When I questioned our waitress (Susan) about the charge; she gave me attitude, for not knowing the difference between the $3.00 draft beer and the draft beer I choose which for whatever reason wasnt on the happy hour. (As a server myself the least she could have done was bring that to my attention when I ordered the beer, but that would be too much to expect from this place) THEN, she proceed to go to the table right next to us and use EXTREME VULGAR language in her conversation to another table. Complaining to our neighboring table about another table, calling them "Mother-F****ing entitled Bi***es," and then some!! I and my friends were appalled especially the table she was confiding in to vent to. Where is the professionalism? and customer service. This location is such a toss up. the food is great but the service is pathetic!

I arrived with expectations similar to that of Hooters; sports and wings oriented with over hyped food. The restaurant, however, exceeded all expectations. I was extremely impressed with the server I had (Hunter) who was friendly, honest and diligent. I never had to worry "when will my food be done?". I was updated almost every time he passed the table and it was seldom that my drink was ever below half without another being dropped off. Thats more to the staff than the food, though. The food was excellent. I had the Black and Bleu burger which was incredible. The wings were good, but I felt the wings were slightly lacking in meat. I would probably opt for the boneless in the future. The prices were very fair as well. My only real complaint was the music. I felt like a 4th grader again with teeny boppers conversing with us while Backstreet Boys and N*sync played in the background. That is not the fault of the restaurant, as its a customer controlled jukebox.

I stopped eating there a few months ago, although my husband loves your wings. I dont know how hard it is to order a crispy chicken wrap without wing sauce and add caesar dressing but apparently it is very complicated... I told my husband after many mishaps I would not eat her unless we dined in so I could send back my wrong order. After a couple of visits without any mishaps we started to order pickup, that was a mistake!!! I got one right with 2 wrong, one was sauce on the side, the other was no sauce...really how hard is it??? The last thing I want to do is turn around after I get home and set for a game or tv and pick up the order I actually ordered. GET IT RIGHT!!!! I understand the occasional mistake but time and time again it is SO wrong!! So tired of crappy orders I will stay clear of this place!!!!!!!!!!

Service was good,not pushy. Drinks are extremely overpriced $7 for a 12 oz beer $13 for a mixed drink,absolutely rediculous in my mind,thats the kind of prices you pay at concerts or ball games. Wings,good flavor but also extremely overpriced. I asked for mine to be cooked extra crispy..because thats how I like them,they were barely beginning to crisp and not exactly tender.Once we put in our order the appetizer came out quickly,but the wings we ordered took almost a half hour,thats pretty slow for something deep fried,I am a head cook at a restaurant and can put out 15 to 20 meals in that amount of time. I can now say that I have been there,but for that kind of money I can make 15 pounds of wings at home,cooked right and have extra money to make several mixed drinks and a case of beer. Ill pass on by next time.

Keep in mind this is Buffalo Wild Wings. They are going to be held back by corporate rules and resources. But this Buffalo Wild Wings is the best it can be while being held back by those corporate rules. As I walked into the restaurant, I was greeted by an extremely friendly host who asked if I was here for the game, which I was. He seated my group and I at a table and turned on the game on multiple large TVs right as we sat down. Never had I been to a buffalo wild wings where this has happened. Our waiter was very nice and knew everything about the menu. Our wings were meaty and delicious, and our burgers were good as well. Whoever runs this particular location runs it well, and I will be back.

We had the worst service possible. 7 of Us came in at 9 (all of of being servers so we know how to tip more than 20%). Our first waitress was so rude and we had to go to the bar to get drinks. Then It took then an hour before we got to order food because they were pawning us off between servers since no one wanted to take us. When we finally got service it took an hour to get wings. That would be fine but it wasnt very busy and ALL of our food was completely cold. When we talked to a manager all he did was say sorry and took $5 off of our $35 tickets and we didnt even eat our cold chicken. Thank God our server Jared was a sweetheart because otherwise we wont be back.

The staff was nice and attentive. Although if you have any allergies I suggest not going. They do not have a gluten free menu but the staff did help me in finding something gluten free. Personally I think it isnt worth it to go out and only have plain chicken because that is the only thing you know for sure you will be able to eat. The environment was enjoyable though. It is a great place to go with a whole bunch of people. It feels comfortable and easy to talk. The food came out fairly quick so the topic of when the food would come out never came up. Overall a decent experience. Those who are not allergic to anything will probably have a great time :)

Recently this place is just terrible. Higher prices, smaller portions and slow service. Came here for lunch with coworkers and it took 45 + minutes for them to bring us what we ordered from the lunch menu. We had to box it all up and leave. Dont get me wrong, the wings and variety of sauces are great which is the only the reason this place pulls me back. But the price for the portion sizes is a rip-off. Snack size is 5 wings for $7. Ive always liked the hamburgers. I like being able to put the wing sauce on the burgers.

I use to work at BWW. The bartender today was terrible. Was too worried about her gossips and the drama of the other servers. Ive worked the service industry and this is terrible. When someones trying to get happy hour and asks for a cheap whisky and you serve them a well that costs more than the happy hour..... very disappointed. Wont be returning. The server does not at all deserve 10% at tops. Bartenders with emotional issues shouldnt be serving tables if they cant handle there crap
