This place is good, but I cannot give it more than 3 stars. The good: the burgers are great and they have a helluva selection with their exotic meats. I think their Texas and Santorini burgers are off the hook. The bad: the only thing crazee about this place are their prices. They dont offer cheese on any of their ridiculously priced burgers. I mean Cmon man, really? They ONLY offer a large plate of fries a la carte at a price tag of $2.50 that I guarantee a majority of the ppl eating these fries do not finish. I payed a hefty $13.90 for a Santorini w/cheese, fries and a diet coke. I cant complain about the food, except I dont think their fries are all that great esp. Given the price. Then they expect you to tip them after they sucker punch you to the gut. I have never even tried their exotic meats like kangaroo or antelope because quite frankly $13-$14 bucks for a burger is a joke. Then u have to add everything else along with it. Great burgers, but there are plenty of burger joints that offer good quality without the headaches of a la carte add ons. I will only go back when I am with someone to share fries and split a 2/3rd lber.. No more solo trips for me.

I really wanted to like this place since I love burgers, but nothing grinds my gears more than when an establishment wont honor their posted happy hour specials. I dont care if thats the old special, if a price is posted, thats what you need to charge until you fix the menu. I was there on a Friday night after 9pm. Very good burger selection. I had an alligator burger which was alright, though rather lacking in taste. My friend got their classic burger which was good but not quite as good as what I would expect from a place like this. Edit: the physical menus in the restaurant which state happy hour times state "& 9pm~close Friday and Saturday nights." I had included a picture. As stated, we were there after 9pm on a Friday night. I forget which item we wanted but the staff member of that night refused to give it to us for the happy hour price, explaining that that was the old special, even though it was on the current and physical menus. Since this post I have returned and had several good burgers.

Came here because we were in the area and was looking for something interesting to eat. Saw that they serve different meats and we knew we had to check it out. I had the venison burger that had plums and whipped cream in it. I was hesitant at first because I didnt really think it was like sweet whipped cream that would be served on the burger, but it was. But when you combine all the flavors it was actually very good. Very different. My friend tried the kangaroo, cant say Ive ever tasted any meat that tasted similar to the kangaroo, I dont even really know how to describe it but this place is definitely for more adventurous eaters! They also serve beer, local brews and so forth which is nice! Friend was kind of bummed that they ran out of ostrich and camel, but I guess that makes us want to come back and try it when they do!

I love crazee burger! The north park location has amazing burgers, excellent beers on tap with the cheapest happy hour prices in town. The burgers are consitently delicious, there is obvious care in every ingredient put in the burger. The staff is super friendly and always welcome everyone with a smile. These burgers are so good that I quit making my own, and will come here every time I want a burger. I give a 3/5 to decor because its not fancy, and thats just the way i love it. Its a perfect place for a casual date or after a long day of work. Its very comfortable. Sometimes the line to order does get longg, but the wait is always worth it. And by the time you order, a table opens up. This place has burgers and service down so perfectly in a casual and friendly environment that I will be a patron for life. Thanks crazee!

Boy do I love a place where I can eat a KANGAROO or an ALLIGATOR, or even a boring old COW. Its a little pricey, but you are eating exotic meats, so while it may not be an every week choice, I do love going to either location. Having been to both, I think the decor in Old Town is better. North Park is crowded and old. But you cant beat the meat selection. You walk in, get in line and order, so there isnt a ton in the way of service. There are people who go around and clean and check up on people, but not a dedicated server, which I dont think is needed anyway. The people working there seem knowledgable about the meats. They are also honest in their assessments. I like it when a worker admits they dont like something. I hate the "everything is great!" response. I highly recommend Crazee Burger.

There needs to be better burger options in North Park, at least so that Crazy (or Crazee?) burger can at least step up their game. Its located perfectly in the heart of the neighborhood, but thats one of the only things theyve got going for them. Standard pricing for slightly above average hamburger fare. Buns are warm and toasty, cheese is always nicely melted, and meat (at least the ground beef) is fresh and cooked well (or medium well- whatever you like I suppose). Both regular fries and sweet potato fries are delicious and the portions are good. Never dined here though, and dont have any desire to. The restaurant looks pretty grimey. If I were you, Id order it and have it delivered over to Belching Beaver- have some cheap beer there and enjoy your food there.

WOW to the Wild Boar Burger. wowowowow...what a truly delectable combination of sweet and savory piled into one giant mound of meat and toppings. It was recommended as the "most popular item" that has replaced the former fav, the Venison (it has the same toppings). Awesome meat (cooked medium, the only way), bacon, mushrooms, poached red wine pear, cream and plum jelly = one outstanding and delicious meal. fan-friggin-tastic. Also got the Santorini (greek style beef/lamb hybrid burger with tsatsiki) which was good...but pretty "standard" tasting. you come to crazee burger to get crazy, right?!?! but it was recommended as 2nd most popular, which is why we got it. sweet potato fries with parmesan also quite good - thought *maybe* a bit overcooked.

Crazee Burger was good, but nothing extraordinary. I may or may not go back, it just depends. I thought the prices were exorbitantly high for the unusual meats. I realize that everyplace doesnt sell ostrich, buffalo or gator. But enough places do. I enjoy ostrich at other burger places for half the price. The house fries or whatever they called them were nothing special either, a sprinkling from the green can of Kraft Parmesan cheese, wow that really makes for special house fries. As far as atmosphere, the place is a dive in what doesnt look like the best part of town... its saving grace for us was the Police officers inside typing reports on their laptops. No food visible on their table, just computers. Maybe that was a sign...

Wow...if you like burgers...and if you want to try different types of bugers (like venison, gator, ostrich, etc)...then you should definitely go to Crazee Burger. The place is very small...which I know they cant help...but was my only gripe. Doesnt have any effect on going there and enjoying a great and tasty burger though. Over 40 different burger options to choose from makes it a little nerveracking the first time you go. I had the Texas Burger when I was there. It was done very well. I think the prices are pretty comparable with a place like Neighborhood or Nicky Rottens (two other places that I love). And they have some really good beer options here as well (especially if you like German beer).
