I cannot recommend this place to anybody who is willing to pay more than $5 for a Burger. The night before I had tried "In and out Burger" for the first time. Let me tell you these kids are working so hard, are so polite and nice and they only sell Burgers for $2.50 Shame on you "Gordon Ramsay" !!! This place has the most unprofessional and most rude Management , I have ever experienced in any type of business. We had made a reservation and by the time our ladies had arrived, they were told by the host , that this place does not take reservations. We figured that our reservation was for a different "Gordon Ramsay" restaurant. We called the other place to cancel the reservation and decided to give this "Burger Place" a shot...... We told the host that we are a group of 6 and since they do not take reservations , we had to go and wait in line. This place is right at the front door of the shopping mall and at this time it was almost 40 degrees outside and pretty windy. This "Burger Place" does not have a door or so. After 75 Minutes waiting outside in the freezing cold we finally reached the entrance of the restaurant. There are Bar Tables right at the entrance where obviously nobody wanted to sit because it was so cold there that even sitting in you jacket made you freeze. We were directed to 1 of those Bar tables. But since we were waiting already for over 1 hour standing in the cold , we asked the host for one of the available tables more inside the place. The "kid" had only a rude smile on her face and told us that if we would want a table we would have to be put on the "waiting list" and wait another "1 hour an 45 minutes". Waiting list ? why did she not put us on her "waiting list" when we got there , in first place ? She knew we were a group of 6 and that we were waiting for a table. We asked to speak to the manager since there were clearly multiple tables available and it was really not reasonable to sit at those Bar tables in the entrance area with that wind and the cold. We asked "Jake Eaton" who played the role of the manager but was clearly overstrained in his position, if we could at least sit the other bar that war right facing the kitchen. (Nobody was siting there the whole time) But his answer was "No, we have not enough servers to serve that area". How can you not have enough servers on a night before NYE when Vegas is packed ?!?!?!? We were really exhausted and hungry, so had to let it go and ordered our food and drink and sat there on high chairs freezing and freezing . At one point i even walked into the Casino to see if I can find some blankets for our girls..... As soon as we got our drinks, we noticed , people started being seated at the Kitchen Bar , where "Jake Eaton" had refused to let us sit. This was really disturbing and upsetting to all of us , that we were even ready to just walk out of this place without touching our food. But we got ourselves together and decided to not let "Gordon Ramsay" and his unprofessional staff ruin our night..... Shame on you Gordon Ramsay !!!!! Having so much opinion about other peoples service and businesses and being alway so critical on others , makes him obviously loosing his focus on his own restaurants . Maybe you should first look i to the mirror Mr Ramsay , before you judge others. And clearly you should focus more on doing things right instead of doing more and more. This place is a mess !!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!! Over priced Burgers, rude staff , incompetent "managers" .... Shame on you "Gordon Ramsay". I would fire "Jake Eaton" !!!! His incompetence and rudeness is unacceptable !!! Its definitely not the best burger I ever had and the situation "Jake Eaton" put us through did mot make it a fun night spending $160 on 6 Hamburgers. Shame on you "Gordon Ramsay"

Cool pub, fabulous server, and even got to see Mr. GR himself. Pretty cool to find the boss man at his own restaurant. Not sure why it took us so long to find this place. But just FYI, this place is at the north front entrance of Planet Hollywood. There you will see a long line of people. Dont queue up in the line unless you are a party of two. Go up to the hostess and tell her how many there are in your party. Once youve checked in, they will give you a text to let you know when your table will be ready. Its Vegas, go get a drink or something. Thats exactly what we did. Upon seating, we were greeted by our flamboyant server. This guy is full of jokes. We were a light hearted crowd, so everyone enjoyed his personality. He was also quite helpful with the beer/drink selection. I remember ordering a good IPA that had hints of apricots. Gotta have a good beer to take advantage of a good burger. Appetizers: Got the jalapeno poppers and a few others(in my party) got the fries. Both apps were tastefully plated. If youve ever had a jalapeno popper from Jack in the Box, you know how it should taste like. BurGR definitely delivered the essence of the fast food favorite in a glamorous way. Crispy outer shell with molten lava cheese stuffed inside. The fries were accompanied by some fancy mayo and ketchup. Both dipping sauces were unique and very complimentary to the french fries. Burgers: Had opted for the Farm Burger $15 Duck breast bacon, English sharp cheddar, fried egg -Although it sounded good on paper. The duck breast bacon made the entire burger a bit too salty towards the end. I had asked for the egg to be runny, but it was pretty much cooked all the way through. All in all, not a very well rounded burger. I think if they added some avocados or guoc to the mix, this burger would take off. One of my friend got the The Hog Burger $18 Mangalitsa pork, English sharp cheddar, apple butter, arugula -Luckily, I got to sink my teeth into another burger at this restaurant. Although it was a pork burger, the seasoning was well balanced. The pork almost tasted like beef. Didnt taste the apple butter, but the cheddar and arugula was the perfect combo to the mangalitsa pork. Best pork burger Ive ever had(Cant say Ive had many). My overall experience was quite good. Not gonna lie, seeing Gordon Ramsay was definitely the cherry on top. To put it in few words, BurGR is a somewhat upscale gourmet burger joint. You can call it a fancy pub.

Okay, it seems like a lot of people complain about the price of the burgers. It seems kind of sad but yes, $10+ for a burger is not uncommon at many casual-upscale dining establishments. Even Red Robin (see my other review) has $14 burgers. So, at a Celebrity Chef owned restaurant, in Las Vegas, are we really surprised that a “gourmet” burger is $15? I mean, when was the last time your onion rings at Sonic were hand battered and dusted with Parmigiano-Reggiano? Oh yeah I remember having Mangalitsa Pork at oh wait… no other burger place anywhere. Anyway… We were staying in PH so we walked by often, the lines varied from non-existent to around the corner. We arrived on a Friday for late lunch around 1:30, there was a line but not too bad, I think we waited 10 minutes at maximum. The first thing is the appearance of Burgr is nice, it’s handsome, not fancy but modern. Not a sports bar but not frou frou at all. Maybe all of the flames help make it feel more manly. I ended up having the Britannia Burger and my wife had the Hell’s Kitchen Burger. We shared some battered onion rings and a ordered a couple of tall ales. I really enjoyed my burger, the mango chutney and cheddar combination was perfect. My wife also like her burger, not too spicy but good heat from the roasted chile and Asadero cheese (points for using Mexican cheese). Like others have mentioned it’s not huge and that’s fine with me, I’d rather have a normal sized burger that was prepared well than a huge, dry, flavorless burger. I thought the onion rings were a bit greasy but otherwise the batter resulted in nice large crunchy rings and with the saltiness from the parmesan it was a decent starter. I have to say, the best part was dessert though. We shared the Sticky Toffee Pudding Push Up Pops. It’s hard to find decent toffee pudding anywhere here so I was pleasantly surprised. It was layered with a Salted Peanut ice-cream which was freaking delicious by the way. It was a fun and tasty dessert, not too big, and not ridiculously sweet like a lot of ice cream desserts, just good (if you like toffee pudding). I would go back simply for the Push Up Pops.
