My only experience here is take-out. The staff was friendly throughout the whole process. I was a little disappointed with the price of their burgers vs the quality. They are very average. Theyre certainly not horrible burgers. I ordered the Mavericks burger, and it was tasty, but the beef patty was very thin and tasted like pretty low grade beef, and they only offer medium or over cooking options. No rare or medium rare. Although it wasnt a bad burger, I would not want to pay $12.50 for it again when I could just get the same thing for almost half the price at Annys Fine Burger. If I did want to spend over $12.00, I would want a great quality burger and probably head down to Slaters.

I called 3 hours ahead to let them know I had a large party of 15 people. When I arrived they wanted to fit us all on a table for 10. The hostess was super rude, and didnt had any intentions of making things right. She then said we could use a separate table, pointing at a dirty table. She walked away and didnt come back at all. 4 of us took a table completely separate from the group. Then we order more fries that we never got. Short story, this is not a family restaurant and their employees need to be problem solvers and care about doing the right think for their customers.

Artichoke dip tasted very bland added salt and their signature seasoning but nothing helped it but then came the 2 burger my date and I had both were also tasteless and the fries looked so good like the kids d of fries that keep the skin on but they were fried and had no mass like might as well be eating potatoe chips. In the end the artichoke was the best tasting thing in that place ) =

Just ok. Nothing special here. This is a chain restaurant. Think island style Applebees but not as good. The food was ok at best. The service was the same. I was expecting more of an island style food. They have mostly burgers and tacos on the menu. Aside from the pineapple terriyaki burger, nothing else was "island" style food. I should have went to Big Kahuanas. I wont be going back.

The Hawaiian burger with endless fries...great. This is one of the few places I just have to go back to for special occassions. My bestie (of 18 years) and I split the burger. Way too much for me these days. I took off a star cause there food is a little pricey, and the servers could be a bit more attentive.

I love Islands Restaurant! Their cheese fries are highly addictive! Im vegetarian and I love the fact they offer a veggie patty substitution with their burgers, the patty is also the best veggie patty Ive ever had :) The servers are nice, the atmosphere is laid back. Good place for families and kids.

After some hype from friends we headed to this location to try some burguers. They tasted so good that i wanted to eat another one but was full. Fries were fried to order, easy to tell when you work at a fast food restaurant. The waiter was great and on point. I would definitely come back for more!

After hearing about how good the burgers were here, I had to try it out. The burgers was pretty good..... but nowhere near greatness. Ive definitely had much better many times before. Dont get me wrong though -the burgers arent bad at all, but theyre just not as good as I expected.

Hands down, the best burger Ive ever had! Many different ways to have it prepared, as well as other side dishes, and a few craft cocktails that MAY be designed for women, but are just so delicious! Ive been to several Islands locations, and they are consistently GREAT!

The Islands chain of restaurants have the best burgers in the country. I try to stop at one every time we are near. This location seemed older than others, but the service was outstanding. When I forgot to order drinks, they added them to my order at no cost.

Went here for lunch on a Wednesday around noon. We were seated right away and the wait staff was good. Had a Greek salad. It was okay. Not bad and not fabloulos. They kept our drinks full and were quick with the check.

Clean convenient and neighborhood access the Hawaiian burger is to die for period nice atmosphere and you can watch skiers Surfers and bikers jumping around on the screen food is always good and passion tea is great

They made me a couple of gluten free burgers by getting gluten free buns for my daughter n i and toasting them perfectly. I cant eat flour and I dont like protein burgers, so this was amazing for me

Great burgers, beer and drinks in a friendly atmosphere. Its a chain restaurant so it isnt quite as homey as such places as Hodads or Rockys Crown Pub in Pacific Beach, but they do a great job.

Its more than a burger place. The Chicken Club Wrap is actually my favorite, chicken, BACON, avocado with a BBQ sauce to drizzle on top. Drown those fries in mayonnaise for the full experience.

Great food and great service. Even when the restaurant is busy, I was seated quickly. Burgers are very good, have a lot of flavor and are a good size. This restaurant is children friendly.

This specific location was phenomenal. The food came quickly and was great. The waitress we had was magnificent. We did not have to ask for a thing. This was overall a terrific experience.

It was good, but my family got ecoli poisoning from burgers not fully cooked. Never get a burger thats pink in the middle rule number 1. Always get well done when it comes to burgers.
