I live right around the corner and come here every week. Im done. This Burger Lounge sucks. I am tired of getting a smug woman taking my order over the phone and when I get there, they are completely unorganized, serving 3 people who came in after I did. I complained to two people working there. Heres the bad part, when I expressed my displeasure at being forgotten, they made excuses and made me wait even longer, serving yet more people behind me. When my order finally came, the same person who I first complained to, gave me the order and didnt even offer an apology. Hey Burger Lounge, train your people. Your customer service sucks. Thur night 7:30pm. Line wasnt bad. Ordered Lounge burger all the fixins (American cheese, grilled onions), and reg side of onion rings ($13). Burger is on the thin side, good seasoning, nice crust from being cooked on a flat-top, and wasnt dry like some chains (Culvers, Freddys). Onion rings were thin, lightly battered and crispy. $8 for a burger is pricey, but would have paid the same at the hotel restaurant and it probably wouldnt have been the same quality (organic, grass fed beef). Staff was friendly, and one of the few locations in the last 4 days in the area that asked to see ID as on the signature line of my card. I would return. UPDATE: added another star after my 2nd visit to this location during my stay. Staff is great! Food quality and preparation is consistent.

One of the best burgers Ive ever had...and its right down the street from my house. Burger Lounge makes an incredible burger. The flavor of the beef is so good...so juicy...so tasty...you just wonder how they make it taste so good. LOL. The fries and the onion rings are also very very good. Now, I think the prices are a little bit higher than other places, but if you are getting a better quality product, its ok to pay a little bit more. And of course one of the big reasons I like this place...location. Its great that this Burger Lounge is right over in Little Italy and I can get there in like 10 mins walking. Definitely go have a burger over at Burger Lounge and enjoy...!

I agree, this place sucks now. Its basically become an over-priced fast food place. Food slopped together with no care whatsoever, the staff is indifferent to any issues. I complained about a burger I got that was old, cold and missing toppings and the night manager acted like it was my fault. I had to wait almost 15 minutes to get a fresh burger and it was warm, but just as messed up as the first one. This place has gone completely down hill. Will neveer come here again. If you want a really good organic burger, Queenstown is one block east and has excellent food and the staff is super cool. Try the boar burger.

The prices here are definitely fair for the food they provide. Most of their menu is either organic or homemade and it really makes the difference. Their patties are made from grass-fed cows and their cheeses are also organic. They have a great selection of craft soda. The fries are pretty good too. Definitely try their homemade barbecue sauce as it is pretty good too! The staff was super friendly and talkative and you can tell they enjoy working here and are proud of the food they serve. Amazing burger place, I will definitely stop by here again!

I dont know why Im surprised that this place is good. Maybe because its in Little Italy and you have all of these delicious smelling Italian restaurant around, and to find this burger joint is a little random. However we decided to give it a try and Im glad we did. The meat is grass fed so you dont feel super guilty after you eat here. I decided to try the veggie burger. Which is the quinoa burger. The burgers dont come with fries so you have to order some. So with the burger, fries and drink I paid 15.05

Probably the best burger that Ive ever had...and I should know, we been in the food business for decades, fourty plus years, Bobs Bigboy had a great one back in the 50s and 60s, then Marriot bought em and meat n service all dropped... In and Out is good but not fantastic...this place is the best....now not giving up kudos on Chicken and lamb, but ur beef, fresh signature bun are up at the top end....keep up the great zservice and even better phenom-Burger... touche.... david james

Best decision I made was ordering the Root Beer Float - yum! I wasnt all that hungry, so I ordered a kids size burger (classic style) and fries. Fries were excellent, crispy and soft at the same time. Not over cooked. Burger & toppings were fresh, slightly over cooked and too salty. Staff was friendly & food came out quickly. Restaurant was clean. I would go back for the float, but probably not the burger.

One of my favorite places to go! While I do love the grass-fed burgers, my all time fav is the chicken tenders and the wonderful salads! The presentation of both are so well done and adorable. They serve the tenders on skewers in take-out style white boxes, and the salad in a pretty white bowl. not what youd expect for a burger-joint. The rings and fries are delicious too. I just love this place!

I found my new fave burger joint!!! Everything is organic and the beef is grass fed (a rare find these days) which makes for an amazing meal. The staff here is upbeat, friendly, and clean!! Noticed the girl in the back scrubbing walls and counters. Any place that keeps up cleanliness definitely gets my business again. Oh, and the food is delicious!!

Wonderful spot to meet up with a friend over lunch. I love the burger lounge burgers because they are juicy and never overcooked. The chicken tenders are also very good and are seasoned very well. It is one of the few hamburgers I feel is actually a healthy food option! The only problem is that it is relatively expensive for a hamburger.

Awesome burger! Loved the service and the people. Great location with outdoor seating. Clean place even when busy. Ive been to great 5-star burger places that are not certified grain fed and organic and enjoyed it just as much. I give credit for them knowing how to cook, serve and clean, not the certified beef itself.

Bunch of wankers. Place is empty. No line. Ordered a burger with no cheese. Get a burger with cheese. Waited another 15 min for a new burger. Waste of time. Really need to stop allowing dope smokers to work here. 40 min to get on burger. California needs the big quake to happen to finish these type of people off.

Ate dinner here twice last week. I had the lounge burger and the classic with side little salad, mint lemonade and Mission Blonde beer. The burgers were delicious, the salad was ok, the lemonade too sweet and the beer was very nice. The staff were excellent in service delivery and very polite.

We are visiting San Diego for a few days. When in down town Little Italy this is a place recommended to stop by. Its has a great vive the feels modern and hip with outdoor patio seating. Very clean place with great customer service. Food was excellent for the price. I would come here again.
