Pretty disappointed in the size and quality of the meals. Its like a glorified microwave dinner. Id recommend finding a healthy selection at a restaurant or deli instead. I ordered 4 different meals and they were all skimpy and average.

I discovered them about a month ago and am now a regular as I work close by to their store. I like most of the dinners, its convenient for someone that doesnt like to cook, and has healthy ingredients without preservatives.

I love this place for meal prep. I buy a few pounds of cooked chicken, rice, veggies and sweet potatoes and devide it up for a weeks worth of food. This place has made getting healthy much easier.
