I usually dont give low ratings to places Ive eaten at more than 100 times over the years but the last couple of times Ive ordered from this pizza hut they have found one way or another to messup my order.. about a couple of months ago they dont deliver my pizza because I happen to be away from my phone when they called to confirm the order which in part is my fault too but more than one call would of been nice, especially considering we waited about an hour and a half be we started to suspect something was wrong and just now they took more than an hour and a half to deliver my pizza I ordered online and gave me the excuse that there driver was old when I called after an hour of waiting which is the time the website estimated... Yeah it seems like they forgot to deliver it and only brought it to my house after I called to see why it was taking so long because the pizza was cold and if it wasnt for the fact that me and my fiance where starving I would of returned it and asked for refound... Not you best work pizza hut, I will not be ordering From this place again

The customer service at this pizza place is terrible when you try and ask for deals it seems like they dont want to inform you about them. The last time I ordered I waited an hour only to receive a messy pizza looked like it fell. Not only that but they didnt try to do anything for Us although it wasnt our fault I work in customer service as so I understand although they could really work on their customer service! The goal is to always try to do the best for your customers I guess not here.

i called for carryout , and they messed up our order . they gave it to another person , and we had to wait for our pizza for a hour . since they messed up our order , they didnt want to give us a refund . and we complained .they NEVER look at the order , they just give it to the person . after we waited for a hour , we finally got our pizzas . they gave us a $11 dollars off the price and a FREE herseys cookie .

Horrible service!! Took 1 hr and 14 mins for delivery WHEN I PIZZAS CAME they WERE COLD THEY MADE US WAIT 35 MORE MINS FOR NEW PIZZAS THEY WERE COLD ALSO ... I ordered a pizza for delivery, it gets to my house COLD and the wrong pizza. So I call and wait an additional 12 minutes on the phone to order the pizza AGAIN. Then I offered to come me in, rather than wait another 45 minutes. They got the order WRONG again!!!! So I had to wait an additonal 15 minutes in the store. JOY!!!

This place do not give refund ,even if you wait an hour in line and they mess up 2 times grate management called me an embarrassment . Pizza hut has lost another customer. It sad how management has ruined such a grate place . My food is cold and still no chese crust as I write my review .

I ordered a pizza trough my phone and went to pick it up and they said they didnt process my order.. I wanted and hour to get my pizza and its cold. My pizza had a hair on it as well. I dont recommend this pizza place at all.

WORST PIZZA HUT EVER!! Never open on-time. Slow and Unfriendly Staff. Online order doesnt work a lot of times. Horrible in-store deals. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND ORDER FROM ROUND TABLE OR MT. MIKES!!
