Ordered online, the reported 50% off never applied itself to my order. Could not figure out why, and when I tried to call the store to ask about it I was put on hold for 5 minutes before they hung up on me. Fine, I wanted pizza so I placed the order anyway. The waiting time increased from 15 minutes to 55 minutes but they didnt alert me of this change until AFTER I had placed the order. I would not have ordered from here if I knew it was going to be that long of an estimate. But it gets worse. I gave them an additional 15 minutes of prep time but when I arrived for carry-out, they told me they needed an additional 10 minutes. I ended up waiting an additional hour after I got there for a total prep time of about two hours. I was not the only one. There were many groups and families that had been waiting over an hour for their order as well. Very poor management and overall a very bad experience that put a damper on my day. I will avoid coming here again.

The worst Pizza Hut I ever experienced!! Greeted as soon as we came in with "dine in or take out". Server was Adriana. She was on her cell phone the entire time we were there. The other server was asleep in the booth the entire time. The restrooms were dirty. The beverage area was sticky. You can see that it has not been cleaned in a few days or maybe weeks. Why did we stay? My kids were hungry for Pizza Hut pizza. We were really disappointed and will never visit this location again!

Ordered two large pizzas for a sleep over at 8:15pm,was told will arrive after 45mins and the total was blah blah,i checked with him the veges in veggie pizza-the info was given to me.its 9:35pm n i call to checkin on the ETA.him-"mam i see the last order placed was placed in may". I say"r u telling me no order was placed in my name?it wasnt even the other pizzahut,i just redialed from my fone log!!"him-"............"me-:(,no apologies no clarification nothing!!!

This review is only for this Cupertino location. I have always disliked pizza hut EXCEPT for this location. Exceptional service, always crowded so the ingredients are FRESH and they somehow serve up some great pizza for $10...any size, any toppings. I actually prefer their pizza better than the ones they serve at WF right across the street. If you are looking for something light on your pocket but heavy and heavenly on your belly, then this is the place.

Came in at 7 pm. There was 1 other customer at a table. Yet we had to walk around and find the least dirty table. The employees seemed much more interested in the basketball game than in cleaning tables. Seats are taped up with a fine-quality red tape. Really? It is Pizza Hut. Do the corporate regional people never visit and tell them to clean up the place, fix seats, etc.? I am not a pizza snob. I eat at pizza huts frequently. This one is pretty bad.

Called for delivery and the guy that answered the phone says they dont deliver to my location however residents are always getting delivered to the building and we had also had a pizza delivered to us the day before.. Distance was 1.3 miles away.. Wtf Ive gotten pizza delivered 3 miles distance.. So I called Round table pizza which is further by .6 miles and they were able to deliver.. Smh lost our business

I called in to ask for delivery, and after almost 10 minutes of me telling her my address, she told me they dont deliver. Their store is 7 minutes from my home, and is the closest one. I eventually told her I would pick up instead, and she asked for my phone number a second time and my name. I strongly recommend they inform their employees where they do and do not deliver to with a simple map.

I dont know why this place is still in business. We went here after almost 6 months. Asked for Quepapas - they dont serve it. Asked for garlic bread, they dont have it. Ordered pan crust large pizza - viola they have it. Almost 1/5 crust is with no sauce or toppings. It was unevenly cut. Pineapple was smelled like days old. This place lost business from me now for at least a year now.

They advertised $7.99 2 toppings large.. I call to order and they tell me its 7.99 for medium... All while Im staring at their website saying $6.99 for the medium... On the phone they say the changed it a while back... But they still advertize to sucker you to call and then say "oh well"... But I wont reward dishonest business practices... No more PH, wasnt that good anyway!

Searching for Pizza, ordered from Round Table but after reading there bad reviews I canceled my order and called Pizza Hut. Call went much more customer friendly, Hugo was very informative of there specials and was clear on what they offered. We placed our order saving $15 for a larger pizza, same toppings. Pizza was great, and we will continue to order from this location.

Poor service, bad quality food. of course cannot expect gourmet quality food but few times it tasted like frozen food baked from oven. tried online order few times, took easy 10 mins to confirm what exactly I need and in the end there would always be surprises few things missing. not going anymore.

I waited one hour for delivery but it never arrived. When. I called store refused to redeliver it saying that no one opened the door when I was specifically waiting for the delivery at home. Very very poor service and rude customer service. Never order here

We Love this Pizza hut, and all the deals they send to the inbox, especially if you sign up. The customize your own pizza and build it online, makes it great. Big dinner box for $20 or other great deals make us Pizza hut loyalists last 10 yrs plus!

The place is big and very comfortable, but I didnt like that they were preparing the pizzas without gloves then come to the register and touch money go back again without gloves and touch the cheese that goes in your pizza...!
