This Pizza Hut still sucks. Last time they fed me wings that were clearly past their expiration date. This time, I received such terrible customer service, I just gave up mid-way through my order. My phone call went to some central call center. I tried to order the deal that was on the main page of their website and that they were running on a loop in their hold advertisements. I was immediately told that I couldnt get that offer at this location. I asked why they werent honoring the deal from their own website. They gave me an idiotic, nonsensical, meaningless stock answer about company policy and whatnot. Could anything be more irritating than having a company that you dont work for quote their policies to you as a customer? Im just asking them to honor their stated offer and to SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!!!! At this point, the guy offered to transfer me to the actual location I was trying to order from. I said that would be great. Unfortunately, he then changed his mind and tried to take my order anyway. I went ahead and gave him my order. I asked him where I could find their topping list online and instead of telling me, he just rattled them off so quickly I couldnt hear half of them. I realized at that point that this guys parents must have had a similar conversation with a school administrator to the one that Forest Gumps mother had in the movie. I completed my order and the guy quoted me a price that was about $5 higher than it should have been. I asked him why it was so high and he told me that it was because I couldnt have the deal that he was supposedly trying to work for me from the web site. Thanks for wasting my time, jackass! He then offered again to transfer me to the actual store location. He then promptly transferred me to another person in the same location as him. Apparently, theyre not employing any future Mensa members at Pizza Hut because this happened three more times before I finally got through to the restaurant only to be given the same dumb answer about why they wouldnt honor the deal as the first guy gave me. It was like I was in the movie "Idiocracy" and I was trying to convince President Elisondos cabinet that they should water their crops with water rather than Brawndo, the Thirst Mutilator! At that point I just gave up and hung up. Dear Pizza Hut, if it wasnt the middle of the night, Id be ordering pizza from a good restaurant like Zeeks, Pagliachi or Brooklyn Brothers. The only reason Im trying to order your low-grade crap is because all the good restaurants are closed. Im definitely not hungry enough to put up with your pathetic customer service just to get sub-par Pizza as the prize for biblical amounts of patience. YOU SUCK!

Worst PIZZA HUT EVER! I called this Pizza Hut for 10 mins straight...NO ANSWER! When I finally got thru I spoke with a so-called manager named Brook. She answered the phone with a very unpleasant tone. I asked her what time they opened about 3 times and she replied back saying "Were open now". I kept asking her what time are they suppose to be open. She said 10:30am. I told her on Google and Yelp, it says youre open at 10am. However, I started calling at 11:20am, why didnt anybody answer?. She said "well, were busy" I then said to her " You couldnt answer the phone to let me knw that somebody was actually there and place me a hold, I called 10 times" She said "well, we didnt actually open til 11:30".....Really? WTH?!?! I asked to place an order and b/c of the lack of customer service I also asked for a discount. She laughed and said NO! I the told her I will go elsewhere and from now on, I will never order from this Pizza Hut! Advised for management! If Brook is truly a manager, you guys really need to train her b/c she definitely lacks the basic customer service skills and she sounds extremely uneducated.

Ordered 1 pizza and 8 hot wings online at 9:11pm. I received an email saying they would be here at 10:11pm. I called them at 10:48 pm wondering why I was still hungry as a result of not receiving my order. I was told that the number I gave them was disconnected and they tried to call me because they couldnt find my apartment and so my order was cancelled. I told the lady on the phone that I was calling her from that number. She said,"I am sorry, I should have called you. Sorry about that maam." I have been a patron of pizza hut since I can remember and typically they do ANYTHING to make it right. I will not be ordering pizza from pizza hut from this day forward. What happened to their customer service skills? Next time I want pizza hut Im going to think,"sorry, I should have called you."

We were moving and a little late on dinner. We called and gave our order, about 45 minutes until closing time. I told them we would be coming in late, just before they closed. We had our order taken just like normal, gave a time for it to be ready, and were told they would do what they could, but they had to close up at 12, it wasnt up to them. Ok, no problem. Well we ran into a little traffic and were just a bit late, showed up after closing time. They still helped us, kept it open just a bit longer to do so, and bent over backwards to make sure we were satisfied. Fantastic service and the pizza treated great! Just perfect. I will happily suggest this place to anybody looking for pizza in the area.

Great food, and we always love when they deliver...however, we can only order delivery online, because EVERY time we call them for delivery, they tell us that they cannot deliver to us and that we have to call the Mukilteo location (we are 1.5 miles from this location in Silver Lake, the Mukilteo location is easily 6 miles away). So, if you call them and they say they cannot deliver to you even though you live just down the street, just order online and skip the incompetence of the folks taking the orders via phone.

We had a bad experience there on the 4th of July. Their sign said "Open" and yet no one would come to the front and take our order. I politely waited, then called out for help, then knocked hard on the door leading to the back. I could hear the workers talking, so Im sure they could hear me. I sent my husband in since he is louder, and he couldnt get service either. If I go to this location again, I will definitely make mention of this. We were in a hurry to get to a parade and went to the nearby Taco Bell instead.

Ever go to a place believing that some of the reviews were wrong? Well, I placed an order for two pizzas cooked well done (we like the crust crispy). They burnt one. (They waited until the remade it and had it in the oven before letting me know what was going on. They did refund the price of the pizza but then I had to wait another 20 minutes for it to get cooked.) When we inspected both pizzas, they were both very well done, almost burnt. Would I go there again? Nope. Sorry.
